Comment : I was given a price and it came in actually a little lower. I was given a military discount which was very appreciative. The work was done even on time earlier than they anticipated. Terry answered all my questions about the ECM. My vehicle came back as clean as it was when I brought in. They made me feel comfortable about the work being done since it was a costly part. I recommend Rick's Automotive to all veterans and anyone that wants quality work done for a fair price and honesty that you can trust in a very clean shop.I was given a price and it came in actually a little lower. Comment : We bought a 2009 Pleasureway Plateau TS motorhome (2008 Dodge Sprinter, 100% Mercedes Chassis) brand new in Tampa Florida. We ve had it serviced at places from Jacksonville Florida to Littleton Colorado and lots of places between. Some really good ones, and some not so good. I keep every service ticket I ve ever gotten, in the motorhome. I know what s been done and when. We are retired and now live in Missouri. I ve had an intermittent starting problem for a couple years now and took it to Mercedes in St. Louis last year. Of course it wouldn t act up so they replaced the battery and told me everything else that should be done, racking up about $3000 bill. Got it home (2.5 hour drive) and next morning, no start. We ve been thinking about selling it but I was bound and determined to get it fixed before trying to sell. I get on a world wide sprinter forum online occasionally, because if you have a sprinter problem, no doubt someone else has had it too. While scanning around on Sprinter talk section, I come across a post from some guy that says something like if you re ever in or around Springfield Missouri with Sprinter trouble, there is a place called Rick s Automotive, go there, they are the best. So I gave them a call, made an appointment, and the rest is history. I dropped it off to leave it with them, and a couple hours after I got home, they called and said I had a bad spot on the starter. I had them do some needed service like oil and fuel filter, and they fixed some other minor issues. My service rep Keith was great, everyone we talked to was courteous and friendly, we picked it up yesterday and brought it home. All good, looks like we ve found a new doctors office for our beloved Sprinter. We ve changed our minds about selling it as well. Can t wait to get on the road again. We bought a 2009 Pleasureway Plateau TS motorhome (2008 Dodge Sprinter, 100% Mercedes Chassis) brand new in Tampa Florida. Comment : Ricks is the best auto service facility I have ever used. I brought in in for an oil change and tire rotation, and they found a nail in my tire and repaired it for free. This is in addition to giving me a ride home and picking me up when the work was done!

Comment : Unaffordable Ricky. $135 per hour you re better off going to anyone else in town. These guys are not that great. It s not rocket science to fix cars but they will tell you it is. This place is not the shop for your diy mechanic who wants to save money and finish out a project. They will tell you that you bought wrong parts and refuse to help you. I suggest D and R automotive. Way more affordable at $85 per shop hour.Everyone learns a lesson now and then, I wish this one hadn t cost me more than the car I was working on. Comment : Rick's Automotive replaced the head lights and front signal light on my Honda Fit. They restored my headlights lenses. It looks like they missed the driver side lens though. They were in a hurry trying to get my Fit out. That's why I give them a "4". I normally would give them a "5" on everything they do they're just that good.

Comment : Rick's automotive definitely has the best customer service. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that you know what's going on to lend you a hand from the guy that will pick you up at your job to get you back to your car or the guys that are picking up your car so you don't have to leave work. Comment : A few weeks ago my car broke down. Terry helped to get the repairs started, and Ryan followed the repair process for me. It was a longer repair process given a broken new part, overnight delivery of new parts with a snowstorm shutting down the airport, etc. Through it all Ryan was super helpful (allowing a loaner car) and supportive to my situation! I am so grateful for their help! I have been a long-time customer of Rick's, and I continue to tell others about how well one is taken care of in the inconvenience of a repair process! Thank you to all who worked on my car to get me back on the road! Gratefully, VickiA few weeks ago my car broke down. Comment : I have a chevy impala that use to be a DOT car that was having a horn issue. Rick's looked atit found an aftermarket relay that was the source of the problem. I wouldn't have any issues except IT WAS $258 FOR THAT, and I FIGURED THIS OUT MYSELF I JUST RECEIVED THE WRONG RELAY!!! baffling these people are price gouging this much, the relay cost $30!!! Reading the report made me realize they diagnose and fix in the exact opposite way that I do, expensive to cheap instead of cheap to expensive. God, if the parts store didn't mix up the 24v and 12v relay up, I would have the pleasure of never going to Rick's. There's no mechanic there, there's only scam artists.I have a chevy impala that use to be a DOT car that was having a horn issue.
