Comment : I was not made aware that my truck needed to have a diagnostic test which ended up being $150. I didn’t agree to that so when I was attempting to have it towed from Buick, the manager Angelo was extremely rude said he couldn’t release truck until I paid. I made him aware I am a single mother of 4 struggling and that was very unexpected. He then chuckled and said if you can’t afford it just say that! He really made me feel low & degraded. I told him he should make customers aware of the work & fees before it’s done. After the conversation, he said well since you can’t pay it we’ll charge $100 and then automatically transferred me to pay. On top of that, when I had it towed, I asked them to leave it accessible outside for AAA to tow. I got there to meet tow and they released it without me being there! I will never go back to Buick & always heard stay away from them bc service dept isn’t nice to deal with. That’s why I’ve taken advice and stick with hallmans. They treat people with respect. I will steer people far away from Buick bc it’s been multiple bad experiences with multiple people I know.

Comment : I will say that when we had our car repaired and spent thousands of dollars 4 months ago, the service was horrible. This time, the customer service was better. Spent over a thousand dollars this time. I’m just surprised after spending so much money, I can’t even get a car wash.
