Comment : I've bought many vehicles in the last 45 years, and this was the best experience of all. The people were awesome to deal with, especially Tara, who picked us up from the airport and completed the deal. The buy was a cash deal, and I had sent Tara all the information she needed to complete the paperwork before we got there. That phase went quickly. Then we still had to wait quite awhile for the financial folks to put the paperwork together and try to sell us an additional warrant. Mind you, Mike did a great job and was fun to deal and his explanations why I might want to extend the warranty, but in my situation, I did not need it. My frustrations with dealing with car dealerships, is the time it takes to complete the process and drive off the lot, which seems to be the normal. In this case, paying cash with all information in hand, I should have been on the road an hour and a half earlier...that's why I gave them a 4 rating. I dealerships I've dealt with would have gotten a 2, maybe a 3 rating. I would truly buy from them again!
