Comment : Amwell Auto Clinic, has shown me each time I’ve visited what an honest, professional, customer oriented and affordable car shop is.

Vinnie, the service manager got me booked in a timely manner and service done in the same day. He’s a very charismatic and friendly guy.

Alan the owner makes sure you’re sorted out and they communicate thoroughly about every step.

The whole team made me feel like family, and I will only have my car serviced here.

They never upsold me on anything and my car is running better than ever.

I watched how they talked to, serviced and attended to other customers and truthfully they are passionate about their work and value every client whether big or small.

They are masters at their trade, I will continue to bring them my business. I highly recommend them.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Driving home from a long trip today, I noticed that my car's tire pressure light was on. I pulled over the garage, trying to find an air pump to inflate the tires, but didn't see one. I went into the garage office for help. The guy (manager or owner ?) behind the desk offered to take a look at the tires right away. He then inflated all 4 tires to the recommended PSI and took time explaining what to do if the tire pressure light does not go off. He provided all the services for free. I really appreciate his kindness and courteous service. This garage will be my go-to for services in the future. Thank you!

Comment : Unfortunately, my experience was very negative after the change in ownership of this shop.

I brought my car in to have the alternator replaced and was charged around $740 in labor alone, with the claim that the job took 7 hours, which I find completely unreasonable for this type of repair. This was never clearly explained beforehand.

Shortly after, during a visit to a tire shop, I was informed that there was a cracked part on my vehicle ? something that could and should have been identified during the previous service, especially since work had already been done in that area. This shows a lack of proper inspection and attention to the customer.

Overall, it feels like after the change in ownership, the priority became profit rather than transparency and customer trust.
I do not recommend this shop and do not plan to return.
