Comment : Art, the owner of Resler Automotive, and one of his auto technicians stayed after closing time to receive my vehicle from the tow truck. The tow truck was running late, and I was afraid we wouldn't make it to Resler Automotive before closing time. But Art was very kind and helpful and willing to stay a little later to make sure everything went well with dropping off my car. He and his auto tech pushed my vehicle into a parking spot where it would be safe and ready for them to look at the next day. Art reassured me that they would diagnose the problem and let me know what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. Even though they were swamped with vehicles needing repairs, they got back to me very quickly with a diagnosis and the cost of the necessary repairs. They were able to complete the repairs and have my car ready within a very reasonable amount of time. Art and everyone at Resler Automotive were very professional, helpful, and courteous. It's usually a stressful and anxious time whenever I need car repairs. But the people at Resler Automotive always put my mind at ease because they're honest, trustworthy, and highly skilled technicians. I know I can depend on them to do the best job on my vehicle and that they won't try to take advantage of me! They've come through for me many times before!
