Comment : My trucks brakes locked up and were smoking so bad I had to have it towed to Renn Kirby Gettysburg. They said a module needed to be replaced and of course brakes and rotors! So I paid over $1000 to get it out.
Then I ran it for 2 days and I was going down a hill towards a stop sign and brakes locked up again...couldn't push the brake pedal down and I couldn't stop and went slightly into the 4 way. I had my grandkids with me and they were scared! It was pouring smoke so bad I thought it was on fire and took my grandkids out quick along the road.
They towed it yet again and Renn Kirby said it was another thing that had to do with the brakes and charged me again !!!!! Said that even though it was the same issue, it was a different code so they had to charge me $1800! So ridiculous! We are super pissed! That's not right at all!
How is that right?!

I was referred to Michelle Metzger by a very close friend, and from our very first conversation, I understood why she came so highly recommended. We live two hours away from the dealership, yet Michelle made the entire process feel effortless. She communicated clearly at every step. Never pushy, never “salesy,” and always focused on understanding what I needed to support our new business, not just what I thought I wanted.

Comment : I was in the market looking for my next vehicle and I came across a 2023 Camaro that they had on the website. After looking at it online I reached out on their site to enquire about it. While at work I received a call I couldn't take, was on a conference call, they left a voicemail followed up with a text message. I was able to respond via text. We then had a conversation regarding what I was looking at and what I was looking to trade in. After a bit, we had scheduled an appointment for my wife and I to go look at and test drive the car. That afternoon I received a video via text and it was our sales rep Makayla with a short video of her in the lot and showed the car.
My appointment was scheduled for Friday at 5:30pm. That morning, I received an email from Makayla outlining what documents I needed to bring for the different scenarios that could be.
When we arrived we parked in a spot by the front doors. By the time my wife and I exited our vehicle Makayla was there to greet us. We then went inside, got a few things needed and we test drove the vehicle.
After coming back, we then started the process of the possible purchase of the vehicle. This was rather painless compared to so many of my experiences in the past. Their upfront price on the Camaro was on the low side of fair market value as was their offer for my Jeep. We had some conversation and spoke about gap insurance and extended warranty. After that the GM came over showed us final numbers and after conversation we all agreed and had a deal.
After all the paperwork was completed we were off with our Camaro. My wife and I are very happy with the car and the experience we had.
This whole process took about 2 1/2 hours total.
