Comment : The customer service is always great, everyone is very nice. I am just very disappointed with the services the past 2 times I've been here. I paid almost $200 for an oil change and for the shop techs to check my brakes due to terrible screeching and grinding sounds... they say they never hear the noises when they do their test drive... but the moment I leave the parking lot I hear the exact noises I brought my car in for... this has happened 2 times now.. and instead of figuring out how to fix the issue i dropped my car off for, they tell me other things they recommend i get done... that arent necessarily needed... Unfortunately i feel won't be returning here, which is a terrible feeling since this is where I bought my car, I should be able to trust that when I need something looked at it's taken seriously..The customer service is always great, everyone is very nice. Comment : Will never buy another vehicle from this Dealership again.First off let me start by say our Salesman was awesome, are issues are not with him.Service Department is absolutely awful. They had my truck over over a week, (only had the truck 5 days before it went back in), we had the HARDEST time trying to get answers from them???On top of everything we were told multiple times we had a warranty on the truck that everything would be covered (this was coming from everyone I spoke to on the sales side)??? only to get told almost a week of them having it that, all of a sudden the truck had no warranty because it was one year older than the company would accept???I picked up my truck after being told all this, only for the damn Engine Light to come back on.We would have NEVER purchased a vehicle without some sort of warranty???Moral of our story is this Dealership totally screwed us over big time???Will never buy another vehicle from this Dealership again.First off let me start by say our Salesman was awesome, are issues are not with him. ???More

Comment : I have been using Renn Kirby dealership EXCLUSIVELY for all my maintenance needs. Brought my 2019 Chevy Silverado with only 57K miles for the annual safety inspection and failed because of some stickers I had on the windshield that is above the windshield tint that has been on the vehicle, I put on right after I bought the vehicle from your dealership, plus the stickers were on there last year when your dealership did the inspection and passed with NO ISSUES. I have since taken my vehicle elsewhere and it passed inspection. I know it is left up to the individual inspecting the vehicle, but there seems to be too broad of an opinion as to what passes and what does not. I bought the maintenance plan when I bought the vehicle and am reconsidering using your dealership again.

Comment : Avoid at all costs. Took my car in for an inspection and was told it failed on brakes. After working on it for three days, I was told it was a $4000 repair job. After reading the PA State inspection manual online, it's quite clear I was taken advantage of by these crooks. Their new service manager "Jen" spent 5 minutes listening to me, and then proceeded to brag about how she came from a Lexus dealership in Northern VA. Insisted she would call back with answers, and of course never did. Can't say this enough, stay away from these crooks! The more digging you do, you can see how they've swindled people for far too long. Will be filing a complaint with the Commonwealth AG's office and hopefully someone will do whats right and set these people straight, as I can see I'm far from the only person who's been taken advantage of by these people.

Comment : We purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from Renn Kirby Chevrolet in Gettysburg. My salesman Frank was friendly, trustworthy, and highly communicative (even post-sale). Frank and General Manager Mike provided me with a lot of information, history of the vehicle, were personable, and never applied pressure in any point in the process. In every sense, I felt like they went above and beyond to get me the vehicle and the deal I was looking for. I walked away very happy with my experience at Renn Kirby Chevrolet. Thanks Frank and Mike!
