Comment : Had gas leaking and told them gas was leaking. They apparently can't smell or see. Got charged 300 some dollars and guess what it's still leaking after they told us it wasn't gas leaking. I don't like this place anymore. They used to be good. Guess not anymore. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!

Comment : Kaylee was outstanding we are visiting from Erie pa and last night my check engine light came on. We found out it was low fan speed she had the part in stock and was able to get the car back to me by 3;30 the same day. Comment : A week ago I bought a new Equinox from Justin Yingling at Renn Kirby Chevrolet in Gettysburg PA. Decided I needed to upgrade that vehicle and went back. Justin and his manager Kyle were wonderful, helpful, and I now have an Equinox Activa. The 2 of them and Trinity made the change as easy as they could and even got me a lower interest rate. Super people!

Comment : First, just trying to talk with someone over the phone is like pulling 'Eye Teeth'. No one ever seems to answer the phone, whether it is for setting up an appointment or checking on the status of my vehicle. Second, ever since Lindsey retired and Kevin left, I feel the customer service has dropped off severely and makes me want to reconsider going there. Although, Aiesha did call me to let me know about my truck, I was unavailable to immediately call back, but when I did call back, I was placed on hold 6 different times and hung up on. Eventually, I talked to someone in sales who did get me to the extension for 'Jennifer', where a voice message said she was going on vacation and wouldn't be back until some future date. I understand that 430PM is when everyone starts heading for the door and goes home, but if I ever did that in my profession, I'd be looking for another job. Third, I realize I had a screw in the sidewall of a tire, that could not be repaired or patched, so my option was to get new tires. I got an estimate from Aiesha. I took the estimate to Mar-Bar and they were not only able to beat the quote price, but provide me with a quote for better tires than recommended by Renn Kirby by several hundred dollars! I highly doubt Renn Kirby can beat this price. Fourth, I use to like dealing with Renn Kirby, but as I said before, they aren't the same as when Lindsey and Kevin were there.

Comment : Sells junk cars. Don’t waste your time or money. Our car a week after purchasing was in the shop for two months. They gave me a loaner but I’m paying for a car I can’t drive. Hardly any updates and just an overall bad experience.
