Comment : Highly recommended!!! Michelle Metzger deserves a 50 Star review. My beloved Fiat was totalled in a rear-end collision and I didn't think I'd ever find another vehicle to please me. I only drove through the lot to "window shop" when I made a new friend and purchased a Chevy Trax. Renn Kirby has many beautiful vehicles and the customer service can not be beat. If you're looking for a vehicle, make sure Renn Kirby is on the top of your list. If you want the royal trwatment, ask for Michelle. She made the entire process easy and enjoyable.

Comment : We had a Great Experience purchasing our new 2026 Chevy Trax on New Year's Eve of all the times to buy a new car that's what we were doing. The sales staff, finance and sales manager were all very accommodating in getting us into that new vehicle and out on the road. No pressure mind you being it was just a few hours until closing. We felt as if we were ALL they had to be there for on such a festive evening it was to be.
I've bought cars from both of their dealership's now in Gettysburg, PA and haven't been disappointed by either of them.

Comment : We bring our equinox there all the time. We brought it up last week for state inspection. Was told needed windshield wipers to pass. No problem, BUT $85 to replace the wipers is insane. I will think twice before we return for work.

Comment : Watch out for the "Bait and Switch." The price advertised on their website, and on Carfax.com, is designed to get you into the dealership. There, they will stack up all kinds of dealer-added this and that worthless items. Go elsewhere.
