Comment : UPDATE: ITS BEEN ALMOST THREE WEEKS AND IM STILL GETTING VOICEMAILS. STOP CALLING. YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST.I saw a car I was interested in here. Ok no problem. Reached out to them, scheduled an appointment to come in. Then, I read reviews on this place, not just on google but multiple sources. They were awful. Scam alerts, bad cars, wrong information.So the next day I told them straight forward - hey I m going to cancel my appointment, I read very bad reviews so I m good. It s been a week now and they continue to harass me. I block one number and another number calls me and it s a different person there asking to talk. The worst part was, the response to my earlier message was something that sounded like it was made by AI. I have found a car at a better, more trusted dealership. Comment : The crew at Renn Kirby did a great job getting my deal done. they were friendly and courteous. Mike K, Aldo, Jacob, and Barb were great. I was in a time crunch and they got the deal done. Comment : Brought my Chevy in for service in January. It's now almost 3 months later and still waiting for parts!. Other dealers have offered customers a loaner car for this repair, but this dealer does not offer such. Comment : Waste of time!!!!Saw a 2018 Tahoe on their lot we were interested in, called to confirm availability and price listed on carfax $26,300 and they also said they were negotiable on.So we made the hour trip to check it out, after looking at it they add on crazy fee s that they didnt disclose!! Also they would not even sell the car for what they had it advertised as, they added $1500 to the price!!! And were not transparent about.$900 for vine etching$900 for appearance protection!? And Chris the manager didnt even offer vaseline when we asked about these charges.Completely wasted our time.
