Comment : Due to totaling two cars in a 3 month time period all not my fault we were really needing to find a new SUV due to our growing family. We started at Kia and due to the cars we were looking at they stated they were at the Chevrolet lot. We ended up showing up at the Chevrolet car lot at about 6:30pm and they closed at 7pm. We asked for the cars we were looking at one of which wasn’t their and one that was. We test drove that car and then decided to run numbers. My spouse felt we should leave and talk about everything we ended up driving 1 minute down the road to then turn around and go right back to buy the car. The entire time thru every step Baylee and Jacob were more than happy to help us and do whatever they could to get us in the SUV we needed. They both had no problem staying alittle late to close the deal and send us home in our new well new to us SUV. If you ever looking for a true, honest, and not pushy sales team you can find it with Baylee and Jacob. We are very grateful for all they did for us in such alittle amount of time!!!

Comment : Baylee by fair the best salesperson I have dealt with not pushy very professional easy going and definitely recommend her to anyone that looking to buy a vehicle. She made the whole process easy and did everything she could to meet our requirements. Jacob sales manager was an eventful day for sure but have to say handle a situation that happened that evening in a very professionally way and to stay for us after hours for us to buy a vehicle a lot of respect for both of them.

Comment : Buyer Beware. I went to the dealership on 4/12 to look at a used car. After some negotiating, on 4/17 the dealer gave me their best and final offer which included a reduced ETCH fee of $599, down from $899. I asked the sales person to remove the fee as I was declining to have VIN etching. Renn Kirby refused to remove the fee, insisting it was required and came with a warranty. I got a second ‘best and final offer’ with a reduced sales price with the $599 ETCH fee still intact. They would not remove it and refused to negotiate the fee, which is illegal, even if they already etched the windows (they hadn’t when we test drove it on 4/15). Stay far, far away from the sales department here.

Comment : Big shout out to Jennifer L. Michelone the Service Manager at Renn Kirby Chevrolet! What lead from a nightmare lead to a dream come true. Jennifer and her team helped me get my 2024 GMC Denali back and running where the dealership I originally bought it didn't want to do nothing! Jennifer made it clear and explained to me how my vehicle has warranty, explain the process, and how she was going to help get my issue resolved which she did! Her and the team kept their word and now I got my truck back and they made sure everything went through warranty! 100% reccomend speak to Jennifer as she made the process very smooth and easy! Keep doing great things! 💪💪💪

Comment : I brought my truck in due to a transmission issue and is under warranty. They looked at it and needed to order a part. Part should take 1 or 2 weeks to deliver. OK. Let me drive my truck off the lot after being towed for transmission code. Never got a call back 2 weeks later. I called myself and was told a few excuses as to why I didn't get called back. OK fine. They needed to re submit to warranty people due to their error on paperwork blah blah blah . I was told I'd be called back in one or two days. 2 weeks later. Still no call. Go somewhere else or another dealer for repairs. Scott has better things to do apparently

Comment : Money Hungry Service. There is always a problem every time we bring our truck here for service that we are now deciding to no longer service here. The first time it was “oh we forgot about that” even though it was written on the drop off envelope & in the scheduling system. Then we were charged for a tire rotation & the tires weren’t rotated, and NOT reimbursed. Then, after purchasing tires & told we would have free rotations, we were charged for rotation at the next service, & NOT reimbursed. This time, we scheduled for Tuesday, our truck wasn’t even looked at & they weren’t even going to call us to tell us that. We scheduled for service & because a plastic bracket broke off the bottom of our driver’s seat which took us 2 minutes to figure out ourselves - which we told when scheduling & we wanted to know if it was covered under our warranty. We were then charged $80 to look at it & confirm what we told them, & for them to not even fix it. Also charged $50 to INSTALL a license plate light, not including the part charge, & $30 to INSTALL windshield wipers, not including the part charge. If we were given a quote, I would have laughed & said no thanks. As a previous service advisor for a repair shop, I know that you cannot justify charging that much for those services. Four chances to make things right was clearly 3 chances too many. Their name should be changed to Route 30 Robbery because these people are off their rockers.
