Comment : I called AAA at 10:30 this morning, had to work at 3pm, I ended up walking to work because they never showed up, they told me at 10:30 an hour, at 11:30 they told me 25 more minutes, because of that I was unable to pick up my paycheck before the boss showed up and because of this unprofessional and lazy towing company my weekend is ruined, my internet will be shut off, and I am unable to get phone service until Monday, not one of these would of been an issue if they could of responded to me in even double the time they told me, it was reliable towing that called me and told me 25 minutes, I will NEVER use reliable towing again and I recommend that everyone else finds a more reliable company, because they sure don?t live up to their name

Comment : Called and scheduled an appointment for 3 tires to be mounted and balanced on my wife?s car. Also had the oil changed and state inspection done. My wife drove the car home after the service was done and commented that the 3 tires that were just mounted had 40-41 pounds of air pressure according to the TPMS. I adjusted the pressure to the recommended 33psi. I thought I should check the oil level as well. I found the oil level on the dipstick to be a 1 1/4? above the full mark. Be cautious about getting any work done at here.

Comment : My step daughter’s breaks went bad at college and I was Three hours away. And on the coldest day of the year. I was going to have to go to her and fix it for less than gas money for the trip they fixed it for her, after another shop told her 5x what they did it for. Thanks again reliable I appreciate you guys!

Comment : I can’t say enough good about these guys. My daughter is attending Penn state and 3 hours from home and our mechanic. She went to a tire place and they attempted to take advantage of the fact she has little knowledge on vehicles and was in obvious distress because her rotors were gone. We were going to have to come up to install them because we couldn’t find anyone willing. To do the labor only job until she contacted these guys. They had her in within an hour and put the door. She said she was comfortable in the waiting area and able to do school work while there. They treated her with respect and never once tried to take advantage of the fact she is still young and doesn’t understand how these things work. I would recommend them to anyone having car issues. As a mom it’s hard having your baby so far away as. Harder when these things happen. Thank you reliable for being decent human beings and helping my daughter with her first ever repair.
