Comment : I made an appointment for 1:00 to get an oil change for my Chev. EQUINOX.IT WAS AFTER 3 BEFORE I GOT OUT OF THERE. IF THEY CANT KEEP THIER APPOINTMENTS THEY SHOULD NOT MAKE THEM . IT SHOULD NOT TAKE 2 HOURS TO CHANGE THE OIL IN A CAR.

Comment : How ironic their name is “reliable automotive”. They are the complete opposite of reliable. Quoted us two DAYS for repairs when we made AN APPOINTMENT for our car. They took two WEEKS. And every time we called it was “oh another day or two is all.” What a complete joke. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Comment : A huge Thank you to Amanda and the mechanics that worked on my daughters car. The AC was difficult to figure out and most people would have given up. Reliable continued to pursue the issue and found the problem at a reasonable price and excellent customer service. All my vehicles (wife's, daughters, mine) will be taken their if we have any automotive issues. Thank you so MUCH!! Lance Kor

Comment : Purchased 2 new rear tires for my vehicle.
Service was quick and easy.
Initially requested that the 2 older tires on the front axle be rotated to the rear axle, so that the 2 new tires would be on the front and I was informed that was not a problem and they would do it for me.
After tires were completed and keys were given to me, I went out to the car and immediately noticed they did not rotate the old tires to the back axle.
I didn't have the time to stay and ask them again to rotate the tires, so I went home.
Other than that, satisfied with the 2 new tires.
