Comment : I had my oil changed at Reliable Automotive on Hwy-123 yesterday. They were very kind and professional. Our full synthetic oil change and oil filter change was $15 to $25 less than were we re paying somewhere else. And when I looked at the receipt I found they had rotated the tires too! I have a new oil change place!

Comment : Had me in and out the same day even with a huge work order after the diagnostics were run. Worked with me to find discounts and adjust what needed to be done to fit my budget without making me feel bad about it like other places might. Guys working there were very open about the cost breakdown as well as going above and beyond for another customer who had a part that needed to be ordered since it was discontinued. Comment : I wish there was 10 star option for Reliable Automotive! We recently purchased a used Audi Q5 and brought it in for an oil change. We reluctantly found out there was a coolant leak along with several oil leaks after Reliable did their thorough inspection. We brought the vehicle back to have the coolant leak and oil leaks taken care of. They were very honest and reliable with everything they did for us ! Not only did they do a magnificent job they told us to bring the car back in a few days so they could take a look and make sure the leaks were taken care of. We brought the car back for a Quick Look and there seemed to be a small oil leak still happening. At no charge to us they addressed the issue that takes around 8 hours of labor and also replaced the oil filter fitting and no charge. These guys are the utmost honest and professional. I can honestly say in my 49 years I have never experienced service this stellar.I wish there was 10 star option for Reliable Automotive!
