Comment : I would like to thank Mr.Chad and the Reliable Automotive team for all their hard work, commitment, great communication skills and the time it took to fix my car. I was aware of everything from start to finish. They are not like regular mechanics who just gets your car keep it for long periods of time (push you behind for work,regular lifestyle etc) my car was there was worked on & she is back in action!! Thank you Chad & Reliable Automotive I believe we have found our new mechanic shop! Considering we are not from San Marcos at all.

Comment : I do hotshot trucking for a living. I woke up with a nail in my tire and they were about a half mile from my hotel drove over there. They got the tire swapped out in less than 30 minutes and I was on my way. I went inside to pay and they didn’t even charge me. Mark and Jacob were really phenomenal. I’m from North Carolina if I’m ever in the area again, I will be seeing those guys I even offered to buy them lunch and they wouldn’t take it. Thank you guys.

Comment : I definitely would recommend. I was visiting from out of town when my car wouldn’t start. I dropped off my car off on a Saturday at 12:50 and they close at 1 but said it would be ready on Monday or Tuesday. 20 minutes later I get a call and they said they figured out it was just the battery and I could pick up in 20 minutes! I’m grateful that businesses like this still exist where companies go above and beyond to deliver quality services. So thankful I was able to get back on the road to head home that day!
