Comment : I just had my alignment done here on short notice. It was great! Chad was the manager taking care of me. He was professional and kind. Had to be fit in quick and they accommodated me. Very grateful for the service and will be back.

Comment : After having my SUV at quick oil change shop I was told that a part was not removable because the plastic part had melted and would need to be chipped off and replaced taking them several hours and additional costs, at this point I decided to get another opinion, I brought my vehicle into Reliable Automotive and was treated extremely well. The t quickly took a look at my SUV and there was not any part they had melted the we’re able to remove it, complete a routine oil change. Chad was my service advisor he and the entire staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the process to me . Reliable Automotive saved me $$$.
