Comment : This was an amazing car buy experience which I did not think existed. The Reed dealership was kind and did not pressure me into any purchase. Hunter was a great salesman and helped through the entire process. Negotiation was fair and civil. I will definitely be returning to this dealer! I highly recommend Hunter and his team!

Comment : Outstanding dealership to work with for my 4th RAM. They had the truck I wanted and Chez made it easy, convenient, and took great care of me. AND made a deal worth driving 6 hours for. This is a dealership that "gets it" and delivers a first-class experience. Hats off to Terrence, Brent, and Chez! Everything that a car buying experience SHOULD be in 2026.

Comment : They fixed my car like I asked. Unfortunately the communication was terrible. I called 5 separate times to get updates on my warranty and if it was covered. Only on the 5th call did I find out that it was covered. Only issue is they neglected to let me know that they only coveted part of it and that I still had to pay $200.00. Which isn’t a lot, but I would have liked to have that communicated to me when I called.
