Comment : ON 4/24/26 I took my 2024 compass to ReedJeep for a recall and a problem with Forward collision which keeps shutting off. It's been doing that since I bought the car. It has happened in bad and nice weather. Ryan the service person turned the forward collision back on when I checked in. I was informed on previous visit to leave it off so Tech can check it. I was told the problem could be the after market windshield and or a bubble in Gel pad put in by Safelite. Unfortunately an original windshield wasn't available when a large Crack developed. I even waited several months for one. After a previous service visit on 6/9/25 for that problem I made an appointment at Safelite for a warranty complaint. Evidently they couldn't or wouldn't fix the problem, because the current Tech found a bubble which could be the problem. I got the car back on 4/27/26. I was never notified I called at 4pm and told the car was ready. I had to wait a very long time to get my car even though I was the only one waiting. I really like the Jeep except for this problem. I know the Techs are doing everything they can. I've been happy with every service visit, but this one.

Comment : Everett did a great job getting my car sale accomplished. He was knowledgeable, kind, and fun. He explained every step of the process without pressuring me. I felt he truly wanted to give us a great experience. My husband is a tough cookie and by the end of our time he had made a friend. Thank you for taking care of us so well. I love my new to me car!!
