Comment : Red & Son?s Auto Repair is the kind of shop you hope to find but rarely do. Honest, reliable, and they really know what they?re doing. They took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of just throwing parts at it, and the repair was done quickly and at a fair price. No upselling, no runaround?just solid work and great service. My car is running perfectly now. Highly recommend them if you want a mechanic you can actually trust.

Comment : I was worried for weeks about a coolant leak in my Land Rover Velar and was very nervous about taking it to the dealership. I found Red & Sons when I searched for a certified Land Rover and foreign car mechanic in Philly and they DELIVERED exceptional service! I also gained intel from the front desk associate about why this is a common problem with Range Rovers- info that the dealership will never share. I am so grateful for this service that was done in a day and saved me hundreds of dollars!

Comment : I knew the owner only slightly from him selling a Jaguar automobile a couple years ago that I didn't buy from him. So when I needed my Jaguar serviced I remembered that he (Tom) had had one so he was familiar with Jags I had him do my inspection and diagnose what was wrong with my Jaguar well he told me it would cost $3400 to fix and $1000 to get running I was shocked at the $3400 figure and the $1000 figure I was prepared to pay well to make a short story shorter I just paid to have my car inspected by him and went to Midas which I would have never considered before I forgot to mention that I also needed to put my tag properly on my car and asked Tom for a screwdriver and he denied me so I was quite happy when Midas did their own diagnostics and found that something just needed tightened with regards to my power steering and they only charged me $172 for a service that Tom at Reds and Son's was going to charge me $3400 for so I think that explains my rating I wish you had negative numbers because it definitely was less than a positive experience.

Comment : I took my car here for an oil change and it said need service so I got them to check it out didn't need nothing for real but they charged me $900 for a oil change I said is a funny noise he said it was nothing wrong with the car

Comment : Scammed me. Charged me A LARGE SUM for something they said they would do and then didn’t. A couple months later my car was still acting up and I took it to another mechanic. I found out Red and Sons didn’t replace the engine mount that they charged me for. Scams, don’t go.
