Comment : Took my car here to get some things fixed, and the price was higher than other places I had been quoted. I declined service, and when I went to get my car back, they didn t reattach my wheel properly, causing an even more dangerous situation and an additional $400 of damages to my car. Comment : These guys are good, I was having some issues with my Benz and at first I was unhappy with the initial results (having some weird headlight issues so it s complicated) I was frustrated but Tom took the time to listen to me and improve the outcome I think these guys are doing good work and will make sure to get the job done right

Comment : Took my car for inspection. They said I needed rear breaks. When I drove away I heard loud squeaking and I could smell new odd smells from my breaks. I took it back and they blamed the parts for being the issue so they replaced them for free. Now it s been two months and I hear more noises from my breaks. I took it to a different mechanic and they said that my previous mechanic (Red & Sons) forgot to grease the breaks. I am happy they replaced the breaks but it seems that they are missing steps with repairs and I will not take my car back.

Comment : I deserve a refund. Took my C300 here because the headlights were having issues and the guy said the lights were fine but he would reprogram the car. Asked him to do an oil change as well. Got the car back and firstly it didn t seem like anything was reprogrammed - the same messages were popping up and the time in the car which had been wrong was still the same wrong time so I m not sure if the car was even reprogrammed Second I checked the oil after becoming suspicious of the programming and the oil was dark - definitely didn t get changed at all. Lastly the worst part now just a few days after getting the car back from this guy and giving him 700 bucks for seemingly nothing now my cars check engine light came on and the engine started puttering so something definitely weird about that in my opinion. I don t expect any refund cause mechanics ya know? But yeah I would say don t go here - crooks

Comment : I was looking for a new mechanic and stumbled onto Reds & Son. They did not disappoint. I even met someone who shared that he s been going to them for about 30 years. They were attentive, reasonable & the job was done beautifully. They are now my Go-To mechanic.
