Comment : The mechanic needs to be more careful The left my glove compartment loose, when I opened it felt for one side. Now I don't feel confident with the mechanics are not going to leave my car in good condition. Since I bought my car I have been going to this dealership for maintenance and this is the second incident that I have with my car. They need to check before giving our cars if everything on the car is working fine.

Comment : I had a great experience, my service advisors Carlos was great, because of his service and the service manager I will be using Redlands CJDR for all of my service needs. They were both friendly and professional, they got my truck fixed and back in the road.

Comment : Good service, Nice and respectful, i gave it a 3- star because before I bought a ram truck.I had a GMC 2500HD and whenever I took it in for service, it didn't matter if it was the oil change or filters changed out. If I was low on fluids The service department would top it off. And rotate my tires no charge. With the high price of service it would be nice to at least rotate your tires

Comment : Cody is always great. Even answers in his off days ( not expected but very much appreciated) CDJR has definitely been our go to for all business. Customer service blows Moss Bros out of the water.
