Comment : The repair work has not been completed due to the wrong parts being shipped due to the Ford mixup but Redemption has been great to keep me updated on the delays. Very professional and I have little doubt the job will be done in a timely manner and done correctly.

Comment : Took my mail jeep to them a year ago had a new motor put in it and had nothing but troubles with it after the motor was put in. Kept leaking oil and they kept telling me it was fixed and then finally after the 4th oil change I called them back and said it has 2 1/2 quarts of oil in it which it hold 6 quarts take it back something is wrong with that motor so they installed another one under warranty mind you not it had maybe 13,000 miles on the fist motor.. Can?t make it to 9000 miles on the second motor and back to square one and only had 2 1/2 quarts of oil in this motor and smoking! Change oil every 3000 miles or less on it. Called January 28 told Andrew what it was doing and he said drop it off we will take a look at it and then 25 minutes later calls me back and says I called jasper you can take it to any shop of your choice and the warranty will follow it to whatever shop you want to take it to here is your case number and the phone number and extension for the guy you need to talk to where we got the motor from! Used the excuse as ?I know you guys drive a bit both ways to bring it to us!? I was taking it back to the shop that installed both motors and after yesterday when he called and said that to me that tells me they don?t want to work on it in a nice way! Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this shop! You would think when you spent over $10,000 with the shop on one vehicle they would take care of you when they are the ones who installed the motor

Comment : I called them and got an estimate to install my cvf high flow cat. They held true to their estimate and the install was done with precision. I highly recommend these folks for your performance needs!

Comment : Redemption called me before the wecker service called. Over the phone he diagnosed the most likely problem and ordered the part so they would have it when my vehicle arrived by wrecker. He put two mechanics on the vehicle and had me on the road in lest than an hour. I was very impressed!

Comment : Traveling from out of the state and was stranded on the freeway. AAA recommended Redemption Autosports. Andrew called me while I was waiting on the freeway for the wrecker and correctly diagnosed the problem as a faulty alternator. When my vehicle arrived at the shop they put 2 mechanics on the vehicle and had it ready to go in less than an hour.
Best service ever. These guys are the best. I can only imagine how well they must treat their regular customers.

Comment : I had a great experience getting our Jeep fixed at Redemption. They were able to get me in the following week, and they kept me updated throughout the process. They called to go over the price and explain everything my car needed, which I really appreciated. When they realized they needed it for one more day, they let me know right away. The whole team was fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. I’d definitely recommend them!

Comment : Paid for an alignment and they did a terrible job. Steering wheel is still crooked, and it’s obvious they didn’t even bother adjusting the rear. Feels like they rushed it and didn’t care. Would not recommend.

Comment : I took my GMC Yukon in because the A/C quit working. Andrew was very nice and told me what was most likely the issue and gave me a quote. He called me back and told me what needed to be fixed and the total costs, which was spot on from his quote (and was right on the fix). We were in and out in one day and my babies are comfortable again in the car! Thank you Andrew and Redemption for the great customer service and quick fix!!!
