Comment : The team at Red Rock Auto Center saved the day when my wife and I had transmission trouble half way through our cross country road trip. Their knowledgeable staff quickly diagnosed the problem with our van and worked diligently to fix our transmission and get us back on our journey. The team's straightforward communication style, good repair work, and genuine niceness turned what could have been a nightmare into a simple inconvenience. They even let us stay in our van in the parking lot while the part got shipped in!

Comment : Great service for a fair price. Only complaint was a lack of communication when it took all day to get to the truck, instead of the promised in-the-morning time frame. Things happen - I was happy they agreed to take my car same-day - so if I'd just had a call or text about the delay, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Happy I found a local shop to return to in future. Thanks guys!
