Comment : I recently had my car worked on at this shop for a simple but crucial part replacement. Initially, they were cooperative and the service was relatively fast. However, I noticed issues with the steering after I got the car back. I brought the car back in and raised concerns about the steering, and they assured me they'd reinspect everything. The next day, they claimed to have thoroughly examined and tightened all relevant parts in the front end. However, the steering still felt off, and when I sought a second opinion at a different shop they confirmed that the part was installed correctly. However, the securing bolt for that part had NOT been tightened at all. This negligence and dishonesty are unacceptable and could have resulted in severe consequences. AVOID this shop at all costs.

Comment : My daughter is a student at Frostburg University, one of her instructors recommended Red Ridge when she needed help with a belt noise. They were amazing, completely honest and fair-priced. She's had to take her car there a few times and each time they explain what is needed. I recommend them to anyone in the area, especially students.
