Comment : John, John, John! Trustworthy guy. Took my car in for some serious maintenance. When he sent me the quote, he also called to talk it through. What the needs are immediately, what can wait and when you have an extra few bucks to throw around, get to these.
He gave me a few choices. A few ?real choices?. Choices that were in my best interest. Not John?s best interest, my best interest. Choices again made in my best interest and most likely not in Re-Borns best interest, but again my best interest.
100% I?m telling my friends about Re-Born and I will 100% use them again. John?s fabulous!! ??

Comment : They were able to get me in super quick and were able to help me figure out some issues with my car. They brought up some concerns but I didn?t feel pressure and insisted if i needed anything to reach out to them.

Comment : Amazing customer service. I had to ding a single star for the fact that they quoted me $230 to replace my air filters (cabin+engine). Not their fault ? I?m sure they just plug in the minimum labor value for each element of the service ? but we just did it ourselves and it took all of 15 mins. They weren?t in any way pushy when we declined the work and their website was super easy to use. We?ll come back, for sure!

Comment : I originally called about getting a coolant flush and they were able to easily tack on a comprehensive safety inspection. When I told the manager John that I was on foot, he expedited the service and I was in and out of there in just under 3 hours. They provided me with a detailed itemized receipt and an in-depth inspection report complete with photos. I?ve dealt with a plethora of mechanics while living in a converted ?82 van and I can say with complete confidence that Re-born is top-notch. I felt that they charged a fair price and were truly focused on building trust and loyalty. It was great experience from start to finish and I can?t recommend them enough!

Comment : I needed a pre-purchase inspection on a used Subaru I was going to buy. I made an appointment, but the dealer didn?t get it in as scheduled. The staff had them bring it in anyway, and they got the inspection done, quickly and thoroughly. Great communication along the way! They found several issues that had me decide to pass on the purchase- issues I wouldn?t have figured out until it was too late.
Highly recommend!
