Comment : Was recommended this shop by TWO DIFFERENT friends. Had Triple A bring it in, thought my 2006 PT cruiser just needed a tune up and a new battery, after their diagnostics (with pictures and videos of every step along the way!) Turns out I was driving a ticking time bomb! Ethan called me and talked to me about the myriad of things wrong with my vehicle and we came up with a solution that worked for all parties. Needless to say.... I was not investing that kinda money in a 2006 LOL!
Their work and their process was such that when I get my new(er) car, I'll be bringing it to them ASAP for one of those diagnostics again!
They go through all items that pass inspections, everything that is an issue NOW, AND they go through what will become an issue down the road.
Will recommend, will be back!
