Comment : I?ve been coming here for years and always have a good experience despite the fact that any car repair you have to spend money on is hard. They?re always pleasant and keep you informed on progress. They had to put three alternators on my previous vehicle but they repaired it until it was right, and took care of the labor to install the item. They also always take care of calling my warranty company and figuring out covered parts. I will always go them for service.

Comment : Car showed a message that parking brake was engaged. But it wasn?t. They gave me an appointment the next day. They couldn?t get the same error when they tested it.

Communication was really good. They texted me an inspection report and then called to go over their recommendations. Not high pressure. Just the facts.

We?ve knew it was time to replace the brakes. So I?m getting mine done next week and my husband will get his done week after.

All in all a great experience.

Comment : Am resenting my previous review to to give them one star and this is the reason I'll let you listen to what happened to me and you decide first all I called just to have my Cadillac converters tested the shop Raytown repair receptionist is pushing for a whole car inspection and all they will say is a whole car inspection is $145 I should not have had accepted that I should have walked away especially when the receptionist doesn't know how to test a Cadillac converter being a HVAC engineer and a mechanical engineer for over 20 years I find this suspicious and they did find all the problems with the vehicle but this was the other problem after I picked it up the fan was running without the key and ignition it had never done that before until after I picked it up and then I got an airbag warning beep and now I have a solid check engine light on as an engineer this would be my first step if the reverse lights are out first thing I'm going to check is the car fuse then on the report it said I needed to check the reverse light bulbs now I don't know what they did but for any electrician it would be checked the fuse box first make sure the fuse is not blown second make sure that power plug is powered up so therefore you have to check the voltage at that spot but when I call them they said they did not do any electrical probing how did they determine it was the bulbs but in reality I unhook the reverse lights 5 years ago because it had a shirt in it so I isolated that system so that meant I unhooked the reversed light from the transmission so it will not blow out a fuse so as I say as an engineer my first thing will be to check the power to those reverse bugs and the fuses now they said they did not probe anything I wonder how did they determine it was the bubs as I said you make your own decisions 24 hours after I picked up my truck my heater blower motor was running without the key in the ignition this is never happen and then I got a airbag warning beep after owning this truck since 1999 I pretty much known everything that was wrong with this truck also I have worked at Manheim Auto Auction where I personally Witness tampering with the vehicles to bring on engine warning lights so when it gets down to the auction it sells at a discount they asked me to bring my truck back in for them to look at but at me being a maintenance engineer HVAC engineer and a mechanical engineer no I think something else was going on like I said you make your own decisions this is just what happened to me and especially with all my black brothers and sisters do not go there and get talked into a whole car inspection like I say you make up your own mind you make your own decision but I give them one star or really I give them no stars
