Comment : Someone hit my new Silverado As it was parked in front of my house, it broke my heart seeing my truck like that . I thought it would never look right again, but I picked it up on Thursday and I couldn???t even tell that anything had happened to my truck. It looks great. It runs great. Comment : Absolutely fantastic experience! Everyone was very friendly and understanding, explaining the process clearly to me. They kept me updated on my car's progress (as I had requested) while I was out of town. My vehicle ended up being completed one day prior to it's scheduled completion. Will definitely be going back.

Comment : Took a full week longer than promised, and wouldn't release the vehicle while waiting for the supplemental check from the insurance company. I offered to write a check myself to cover the full cost and was told it would have to be a certified check and if you want to pay by CC there is a 3.5% surcharge. Very difficult to work with. Have a take it or leave it attitude. The side mirror they replaced with the blind spot indicator is less then half as bright as the original. They told me there is nothing they can do about it because it is probably because they used an aftermarket part, Definitely don't recommend and wouldn't use them again.
