Comment : They gave my husband the ran around for they told him it was going to 15 minutes and then it went to 20 minutes and then 30 minutes and no one came my husband was there for almost 3 hours so thumbs down ??

Comment : Called twice to specifically request pickup at 10. Was assured that it was happening. Called back at 10:12 since noone showed up. Was told they scheduled me to 11. Utterly idiotic and useless customer service.

Comment : Highly recommended!! I was basically a stranded traveler in a city where I knew no one, but was referred to Rayco. They took me right in, diagnosed it in a very short amount of time, and fixed it promptly, test drove it, and the fee was extremely reasonable! Comment : Called said it would take 45 minutes to an hour, waited an hour called again said he was 30 minutes out and waited, 30 mins later driver called said he was still 30 mins out. Worse service ever.

Comment : The service took excessively longer than it should have. My AT&T F450 super duty bucket truck and trailer I was towing got stuck in the sand and I advised the dispatcher who called me that I was in the sand and 150ft away from the solid road. It would have needed most likely a wrecker truck to pull me out. Instead 3 different flat bed trucks came out. The first said he couldn?t do it then the second tried to get me out but also got stuck in the sand. The driver told me that the dispatcher did not tell him anything about the situation of the sand and the 159ft and didn?t send him the pictures I sent and just told the driver that it was an easy winch job. You company doesn?t have the roooer vehicle for the job and maybe could have referred us to another tow company rather than wasting time.
