Comment : Took in my car for a recall repair. After 4 hours in the waiting room and having to ask them about progress, they informed me they did not have the right part, and would have to order a new one. They said I would have to schedule ANOTHER appointment to get it installed. Because I took off work, I wasted and entire day of vacation on this mess and the car remains unfixed.

Comment : Nice facility but employees seemed spread thin. I did not receive a response to my text inquiry about the estimated time of completion given, at the time of the inquiry, we were past the original time given. Sometime after, I decided to call for an update.

Comment : Customer service via the service advisors/managers is terrible especially communication and dependability. They had my car 5 weeks to change the transmission along with a few other smaller jobs. Service advisor/manager would not respond to my texts and ghosted my phone calls. Such a horrible experience.

Comment : Service staff friendly and explained what they perceived as being needed. Not sure all was actually needed. Also was contacted a week later the there was an engine software update that needed to be done. Why this wasn't mentioned or addressed when I was there, I have no clue. Now I have to go back a second time to have this done.

Comment : People were fine, the work done was fine, but I was disappointed to know that I had run out of free maintenance (at 2 years, 30,000 miles) because I already used 4 visits. Surprise, you will have to pay $165 for an oil change and tire rotation. I agreed to do it, but I was surprised. At those prices, I'll just have my maintenance done elsewhere or on my own. It has damaged trust I have in Hyundai.

Comment : I'm not satisfied with the outcome, as the bad smell persists when the AC is on/off and the fan is on, despite the cabin air filter replacement. Please let me know how this issue can be resolved.

Comment : Overall a great experience. It took a while --- around 2 hours, but I was told about this early on. The agent was very transparent about my car's status and offered suggestions. I would say that labor cost has definitely gone up and this makes me take pause if it's worth it to get an oil change at this dealership.

Comment : Matthew did an amazing job and kept me up to date on my service. Highly recommend him as a service advisor.

Comment : Love the remodel! It has a luxury feel. Customer Service was amazing! All staff were professional and helpful. Thanks for the snacks and coffee!

Comment : Went in to have my battery checked and ended up having to get a new battery. Service and service advisor was good.
