Comment : They were polite and got the assessment of my car done quickly. The reason I brought my car in was another place had told me some work needed to be done. Huffines service department told me no work needed to be done at the moment. I most appreciate their honesty and not completing unneeded service just to make money. Comment : My service was excellent! I picked up a nail in my tire. Since I work in Pre-Own as the receptionist, they were kind enough to come and pick my vehicle up, repair and return without me having to take off work. Great experience & great people to work with!

Comment : Mostly excellent service. However, they didn't fill 3 of my tires back up to the 35psi from the 32psi they were at. Also, their multi-point inspection missed that my rear wiper spray wasn't working ... I did forget to mention it, but surprised they didn't check it. Communication was excellent.

Comment : Long wait. No loaner car option. I recommend you have that loaner car option for those who dont have the option to wait in waiting area or have a way to be dropped off or picked up. But overall service of vehicle was good but I would also recommend a video of things found to show custom what mechanics see and recommend.

Comment : They didn't reset 'due for service ' info on my dashboard after I did my service. After they rotate the wheel they didn't check for tire pressure. They overpressure the tires . They had to change oil and filters but am not sure if the filters where changed properly because the oil its still bubbles on my windshield. They is oil residue everytime am driving. I need to take it again for reservice with a different company.

Comment : The warranty work was completed quickly. The recommendations for extra service were appreciated, and noted, but were extremely high in cost. For example, subsequently, I had the rear brake job and fluid replacement completed at Firestone for about 1/2 the price you were going to charge.
