Comment : Stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation and was in and out way quicker than I expected. No hassle, no upsell nonsense, and prices are honestly really fair. They even fixed my power running boards without me asking!

More importantly though ? just good humans. You can tell they actually care, legit. They treat you like family.

10/10 would trust them with both my good and questionable vehicle decisions again.

Comment : I can't say enough good things about Randy Redinger and Son's Auto Service. My family is going through a terrible time right now. My wife has stage 4 melanoma cancer that spread to her brain. She can no longer work and money is real tight right now. We have younger children also which makes this even more difficult. With everything going on I didn't realize that the inspection and emission were expired. They gracefully helped me and my family out with getting the vehicles in to get inspected. I would recommend Randy Redinger and Son's Auto Service to anyone that wants a company who cares about their customers and wants a honest mechanic. They won't try to make you pay for things on your vehicles that don't need to be fixed. I can't even start to explain how grateful and appreciative my family and I are for Randy Redinger and Son's Auto Service helping us out in our time of need. Thank you so much.

Comment : a great experience with Randy Redinger and Sons. They truly went above and beyond to help me out and made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with.
What stood out most was how honest and helpful they were throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain what was going on with my truck, didn?t rush into unnecessary repairs, and made sure the real issue was properly diagnosed instead of just guessing. That gave me a lot of confidence that they actually care about their customers, not just the bill.
They were also very fair and accommodating, even helping me out with towing and working with me to get everything handled the right way. You don?t see that kind of customer service much anymore.
I?d absolutely recommend Randy Redinger and Sons to anyone looking for a shop that?s trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely looks out for your best interest.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : This shop advertises that they do good work at affordable prices and they deliver your car when they say they will and I am writing this review because they did just that for my daughter's car. We live outside of Philadelphia and my daughter was traveling in Latrobe for work when her car broke down. After searching the internet for a local repair shop, I came across excellent reviews for Randy Redinger and Sons! They truly live up to the excellent ratings as they repaired my daughter's car quickly and it was done well within the time they said they would get it done! Car repairs are a pain, but if you are in the Latrobe area and have issues with you car, I highly recommend this shop as their are courteous, fair, affordable and they deliver when they say they will!

Comment : These are the absolute best! I've been going here for years with 3 cars. They fixed an engine light problem for me on my GMC Acadia that no one else could figure out and for half the cost. They are knowledgeable and honest always giving you your options and a fair assessment of what is urgent. You can absolutely trust their recommendations.

Comment : Will, Nick, and Jerrod always go above and beyond to fit me into their already hectic schedule. They are both compassionate and fair. I have been going to these guys about 3 years now for pretty much every aspect of repair and maintenance along with my 3 daughters, and highly recommend them to anyone and wouldn't go anywhere else! Comment : Waste of my time. I brought my Subaru Legacy here for a check engine light because they were a "Subaru specialist". It wasn't even there a full day before they claimed the engine needed to be replaced and I needed to come get it. No proper diagnosis, they were clearly just guessing and couldn't be bothered to look at it properly. I took my car somewhere else and they fixed it with just a new knock sensor and zero fuss.
