Comment : Lleve mi coche por una actualizacion en la caja de cambios y la transmision, tengo unos 11 dias esperando a que puedan hacer una tarea que suele tener un aproximado de 3horas, despues de esto checar si el funcionamiento es mejor o es igual al que tenia, no tengo respuestas por parte de ellos, tampoco una comunicacion clara de la estimacion de cuando podras revisar mi coche, tampoco me dan un coche de sustitucion, es una buena tienda para comprar pero no la recomiendo para reparaciones, el servcio no es bueno. Sigo esperando a que revisen el carro.

Comment : They supposedly fixed my radio issue but how convenient that it stops working & starts having the same exact issues after the 2 year warranty expired. WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A LIFETIME WARRANTY IN THE FIRST PLACE

Comment : I had issues with my rear end not being serviced correctly by another dealer. Cassie Franklin went above and beyond to get the truck fixed. It has been running well for a couple weeks now. Planet Ford has always been the best dealership to deal with!!! If you have any issues with your Ford, I would call Cassie!!!

Comment : Car in for a safety recall. The service advisor was terrific and the whole process went very smoothly. The car was done at the early side of the window they gave me and there was mo attempt to oversell or add anything on, although they did point out a couple of things that need attention. This was a free recall repair by Ford so I can't comment on their pricing but the staff was excellent.
