Comment : BEWARE!!!!! Purchased a 2025 Cadillac at full price no discount and actually paid an additional $4000 for their support add-on fees. Paid full price for the car $120,000 and come to find out there are no floor mats included. Kind of shocking so I called three other dealerships and asked do floor mats come with a purchase as normal for a new vehicle for a new vehicle and they all said absolutely yes. Contacted our sales man who did not want to discuss it so I asked for the sales person to have the manager returned my phone call after multiple days never did. I m not want to make a bad review, but this is really insulting, unprofessional, and lack of client relationship respect ..BEWARE!!!!! Comment : On October 4th, 2024 my husband and I took our 2010 Cadillac CTS to Diamond GMC Cadillac located in Palmdale. Prior to this particular issue we have already spent more than 2k at this dealership in there service department getting the run around on issues with our vehicle. When we took it in on October 4th, 2024 the vehicle was jerking, and you can smell burned rubber then the car would not crank over which we had to get the car towed to the dealership. Battery was tested which came back fine. They cleaned the battery, performed battery draw test, 30MA voltage drain then let it sit overnight where the next day it started and test drive went fine. Ultimately they found nothing wrong with the vehicle but we got charged $330 but only paid $297. After picking up the vehicle the next day it would not start and we were again presented with the same issues. We decided we were done with this dealership once and for all.I called I spoke to a man named Max who is supposedly the service manger. He said they d refund me by paper check and it takes 3-6 weeks for it to arrive in my mailbox. It is now February 11th, 2025 and I have yet to receive our mailed paper check.When I tried calling through the holidays I always got the service voicemail which you can t leave a message on because it s full. The service department is the only department that does not answer. You have to call over 10-20 times in a row if not more to get someone to answer then they transfer you to the service manger which is than a women s voicemail not Max. Max although has reached out after the holidays saying there was confusion with my name and address so it never got sent then reassured me it would be sent and he d call me to verify. Never did. I ve been calling leaving messages in different departments this dealership is a straight joke and ran horribly. I have still yet receive the check in the mail and no one has reached out to me. Comment : First time coming to this dealer, needed an oil change but didn t have an appointment so I called first to make sure they had time, they couldn t have been nicer and told me to come on down and they ll take me in no problem. Service advisor Iris couldn t have been friendlier and was transparent and honest. They even gave me a ride home! Comment : Worst experience I ever had with a Cadillac Service Center. The old owner Rally was the sort of service experience you would expect from a Cadillac dealer. Not Diamond though!! I took my car in there to get the drivers side door repaired on a Thursday morning 9am. Friday afternoon the service advisor calls me and tells me their technician said the passenger door is "THROWING CODES" which is a flat out lie. I never hear back from him again. Then I find out the service center is closed on Saturday. Now my car is stuck in there going on 5 days. Lets see what BS they throw at me today. Comment : I went yesterday had a 9 am appointment on time for an oil change with tire rotation. I waited over 2 hrs with zero communication. I asked how much longer finally was told car was done. Ask if tires were rotated told me yes. Complete lie. This isn't the first time . And yes I used my gm points that I've earned. So it shouldn't matter. How service is paid. Comment : Based on "customer service " ...or lack thereof. Check in service rep "Iris," instead of hiding behind "we can't guarantee your car will be diagnosed today" just say it will NOT be today since she is able to see bookings/appointments for the day! (As if ppl love to waste time) You don't keep telling LOYAL CADILLAC OWNERS that you will call back or check something & NEVER do! (Nothing new here) Then when you finally do reach her she gives the "so happened to hear back just now & theres nothing said yet" speech. Also, working with ALL loyal owners, you don't show your racism! In your tone or expression, it was observed when it came time to assist your own race with smiles, patience & kindness but when an African American walks in with questions since half a** info was provided it is clear as day. I am not interested in insincere apologies from this dealership as I am sure Iris will end up retiring from there since clearly she has been mentioned before in a similar complaint & still there with no room for improvements.
