Comment : Great local auto repair place. As a single woman, I am always weary of traditional male rolls when looking for a new place for any kind of repairs. I never felt intimidated, never felt like I was looked down upon, never felt like I was the little lady who didn t know much of anything. I always ask if someone would go back to that establishment, rehire them, etc., etc., and to me that is a great gauge of how they really feel about the business and or person. Comment : $700 for unnecessary repair, problem continued to persist. Promised follow up and additional quotes, but never called back.. even after multiple messages and promises to call back. I'm pretty sure they knew that they got busted charging me for an unnecessary repair on the front end and didn't want to follow up because they didn't want to answer for what they had done. I spoke to multiple other shops about the problem and they all said that this shop has a bad reputation for charging for repairs that are unnecessary on the front end and then turning around and charging top dollar for the repair that was needed to begin with. I trusted these folks with my vehicle and they repaid that trust by scamming me out of over $700 and then refusing to follow up and call back as promised.
