Comment : Was having issues with engine after entering downtown Cleveland. A coworker mentioned Rad Air. They were close so I dropped it off. Within a few hours they provided me a detailed update. The engine would need replaced. Not wanting to spend the 8 plus grand and wanting a second opinion they made my care ready to drive home. Took it to my trusted mechanic. Not only did they diagnose the car with the exact same issues. The estimate provided was almost dollar for dollar. Thank you Rad Air for the service and honesty.

Comment : Had a wonderful experience at Rad Air today. Paul assisted me when my car said I had low tire pressure. They check the tires and found all of them to be low, so they filled them and topped off all my fluid levels for free. I am so pleased and grateful. Thank you Paul you made my day

Comment : Paul is absolutely amazing. Very responsive to any concerns. Great about setting timely appointments. Amazing about explaining repairs, especially for a person such as myself that does not have a lot of knowledge about cars. He is also very good about coming up with a plan for repairs when a vehicle needs extensive work. He is honest about critical repair needs versus repairs that can wait. Thank you Paul and your team for such great service.

Comment : Called Rad Air to inspect my Jeep's transmission due to months of intermittent shifting issues. Over the phone, Paul gave me a simple procedure to reset my transfer case control module which instantly fixed the issue. He could have easily charged a couple hundred bucks for an inspection fee for what ultimately was a 2 minute fix.

Needless to say I'm a Rad Air customer now!

Comment : This repair shop, led by Paul, has gone above and beyond to help me with my car issues. He communicates the issues clearly, tries to come up with realistic and cost effective ways to get your vehicle up and running again and gives you options for how to proceed. The charges are more than reasonable and he isn’t looking to make you pay for something that doesn’t make sense. Low stress and easy to work with! Highly recommend!
