Comment : Driving from NY to Minnesota for Christmas and our Battery reserve light came on. We had to stop in Ohio and figure out what to do.

We looked for mechanics and reviews. We went with Rad Air and it was a great, lucky choice! Brian was fantastic. It was our alternator. They ordered the part and fixed it the next day. Brian even ordered us an Uber to pick up the car. Well, we made it to Minnesota.

Highly recommend. Honest. 3 year warranty anywhere in the US. Uber ride. Fair market price.

Comment : Chris the manager was great he took care of me but he doesn't make the prices. I was quoted 4k for front n back brakes and control arms installed , tires installed which keep in mind i had previously purchased online and an alignment. So needless to say I got my tires put on and oil change and took it down the street and had all that done for 1278$ which if u do the math is like 2700$ less!!!! Bottom line is if u have an extra 3k laying around now a days just go make a donation

Comment : After leaving car for 2 days, repairs were not complete. mechanic said he watched you-tube video to navigate diagnosis , which was never repaired. Many Screws and nuts were missing after job was reassembled. Do Not Trust this auto repair shop,. Billing at $160 per hour, what a ripoff! These guys are clueless and expensive!

A loaner car was provided until the work was completed the next day. My car is running better than ever. I would recommend Rad Air Complete Car Care if you want services you can trust.

Comment : Literally the best service I have received in a long time. Everyone at the shop has been friendly and helpful. Not once did I feel uncomfortable. They even taught me a couple things, and it just reminded me of how my dad would teach me. It’s just a great environment and I’m beyond happy I switched from another place. The financing options right now are really helpful too.
