Comment : Walked into this place and inquired about a wheel bearing replacement on a 2014 Jeep Compass. The man at the desk quoted me a part price of $450 and labor of $360 and whatever else total $1050.00. I made the appointment and was gonna get it done. Wow. I am so glad I prayed and went with my gut. I went to a mechanic right up the road and they quoted me $260 for part and labor. And fixed it in less than 2 hours .. That is crazy! Comment : I hate to do this, but feel I am out of options. I own a small business, and in March/April of 2022 they contacted me due to a bay door being broken and needed it fixed ASAP. We dropped everything and got them going and gave them an estimate to fix that door and another. They ok's the work to be done. Work was completed and bill was due on 5/28/22. Here we are 7/29/24 and I still can't get paid. The manager keeps giving excuses on to why Goodyear Tire company, who owns Raben, hasn't paid us yet. If they do not respect my business to pay me in a reasonable amount of time, they don't respect the business over the years I have given them. If, by some miracle, they decided to pay for the work we did and they ok'd, I'll gladly delete this review
