Comment : I had an appointment and didn't take the car into a bay for an hour and half later Just an oil change they try to sell other things they didn't have in stock They have asked me if I wanted to have them replace I have been going there for over 6 years and will never go back again

Comment : I called to see what the wait time would be for a nail in my tire. Had to get a relative to and appointment in next 2 hrs. Gentlemen said not a problem stop in. I ran to fast food so my mom could eat while the nail was removed. Wonderful service, decent price, kind people. We got to our appointment early because of their fine service. Thank you Raben

Comment : This place is a huge rip off. The website showed 39.99 and when we got there they claimed the cheapest one was 72.99 and then proceeded to act like a salesman and tried getting us to buy so much extra stuff that was unnecessary! It ended up costing $116 just for a simple oil change. They didn t tell the price until after they started the oil change so I had no choice but to go ahead and pay it. I m pretty sure dealerships are cheaper than that!!

Comment : Am Nachmittag war ein Reifen geplatzt und sie konnten mich am nächsten Tag zum Wechsel aller vier Reifen holen. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit und erledigte die Arbeit in einem angemessenen Zeitrahmen. Würde es jedem empfehlen, der neue Reifen kaufen möchte.

Comment : I never had a issue with raben tires I love the work they did on my Ford Taurus, front alignment back in August 2023 and the price was affordable. I'll be back for my repairs very greeted with a smile and professional Thank You,

Comment : I have a mechanical problem with my vehicle. I went here this morning to have Raben check it out. The man at the front desk told me he did not have a mechanic on staff and did not want to talk about potential problems. He did not offer any solutions or follow up appointment opportunities. I think only a poor mechanic business are the only ones who don???t have a ???mechanic??? working on a Saturday morning when they are open from ???8-5???. Overall my customer experience was poor and their lack of offing any guidance, or help is why I am leaving a 1 star review. I went to auto zone down the street. They scanned it, told me I needed a pack of spark plugs, and an ignition coil. After doing this the problem was fixed. I am sure Raben could have done this, but their customer fulfillment expectations are seriously poor. I do not recommend using this mechanic shop.
