Comment : Worst tow truck company to deal with. Dispatcher lies to the owner owner lies to AAA. When the driver called me you can hear his kids in the background. After the dispatcher told me it would be three hours because he was on the other side of Fayetteville. AAA if that???s the call to them three times. Then the owner called me and told me that AAA canceled it on their half. He left me and my 10 year old son on the side of the road for over four hours dealing with this company. Would never recommend a company to anybody if they were traveling and broke down on the side of the road I would push it out of this area of AAA service before I would ever let him tow something again. Driver name is will he???s the most arrogant person I???ve ever spoke to on the phone. Did not catch the dispatcher???s name but she is not to provide a person to talk to on the phone. Don???t know how they stay in Business. The owner said he is shortstaffed and cannot find decent help
