Comment : If I could give 500 stars I would. This place is great!!! I can t say enough good things about everyone here - the owner, the finance guy and especially my sales person,Alex. Alex was attentive, polite, knowledgeable and very genuine. Alex listened to what I needed and wanted and was truly interested in helping me ( and he did). There was absolutely no hassle. I drove an hour to for this particular car and there was not one issue. I couldn t be happier.*** I will highly recommend this dealership and Alex **** - best car buying experience ever!!! Comment : this has truly been the most annoying experience of my life when it comes to cars, mechanics, communication. my car has been at this shop for 3 WEEKS. i am getting a constant run around about why its not done, who to speak to and why. no one has communicated about my car in weeks. the last we heard the tech was ???on vacation??? we had to even go in and get the lady to write a HANDWRITTEN note to the owner/manager because they are not answering our calls or doing anything to fix this situation.this has truly been the most annoying experience of my life when it comes to cars, mechanics, communication. my car has been at this shop for 3 WEEKS. i am getting a constant run around about why its not done, who to speak to and why. no ???More
