Comment : Had my door backed into, they replaced the door skin and painted it, yes. But “couldn’t figure out” how do get the door to shut correctly. When asked about I got, “my foreman worked on it for a couple hours and couldn’t get it”. I took it to my buddy who manages weirs gmc in Arundel and he had it fixed in literally less than 30 minutes. Wouldn’t recommend these guys 👎🏻

Comment : If I could give zero stars I would. I am 9 months pregnant with a toddler, and was hit by a bus on December 5th. I brought my car into the shop per our insurances request, where the person who came out to look at our car informed us that they only did body work and not mechanical work. This fact was fine, considering that it was a miscommunication with insurance rather than something at fault with the shop itself. When we told the person what happened to the van, they proceeded to look at me and say it is impossible for a vehicle to be struck by a bus and not have any body damage but to have mechanical issues. The issue was with the car leaking oil, as well as electrical issues inside the car which began to happen the day after the incident. After being told that it was impossible, the salesman looked at my husband who was with me and proceeded to say “it’s impossible for that to happen, she ran something over with the car.” I truthfully was too dumbfounded to speak, because the audacity of a salesman who is there to quote body work rather than mechanical work to insulate that I am a liar not only openly but to my husband is absolutely disgusting behavior and frankly out of the scope of what our business there was for. If I were an independent woman I would not go to this shop and honestly I wouldn’t go there with a man either. A subtle insinuation that I as a woman was the only one who could be capable of running something over, or lying about the nature of the circumstances is not necessary, wanted or needed in a business transaction.

Comment : Put different headlight then the other side , original is black trim they put silver, rim was damaged in accident , didn’t even try remove the scuffing , lower bumper grill was damaged in ac ident and never replaced. Body work looked good .

Comment : Cant give them a zero star. Brought my truck in for an estimate over a month ago. Never heard back. Messaged them several times and still no response. My whole family has been going here for years.but this just ended that.
