Comment : The car looks like it was never got hit! However I did get told it would be done by then end of the week it got hit. Then was told I had to wait a week and a half. Then was told it would be done by the end of Friday. When I got the car there was a crack in my windshield! Thankfully they are super easy to work with and I have an appointment to go get it looked at again.

Comment : I came here after a co-worker recommended them to repair my Audi TT. They fixed it quickly, despite parts coming from Germany, and it looks perfect. I recommend them.

I bring my car back weeks later and they service it for just shy of 2 weeks. Excellent communication with progress updates. Upon receipt. I noticed half of the graphic on both sides were removed. I also noticed that the hood is severely misaligned and that some plastic was cracked on the driver's side door. I also noticed that they didn't adjust the rubber standoff under the hood so in their parking lot I adjusted it down so the hood doesn't rattle when I drive. And I can't forget the bare metal that was exposed. I also noted paint runs on one of the doors. I go inside and tell the guy about the hood and he explains that there are fitment issues because it's an aftermarket part. Not true. I have a .5in gap on one side and 1/8" gap on the other. There are 4 bolts, 2 on each side in the hinge. It's slotted so you can move the hood back, front and to the sides. When I get home I notice that one of my headlights is pointing up and the one they replaced is pointing down. They were told not to replace this. But now I have a new light and a faded one which means I have to replace or polish the old one to match. ($180) After the snow melts off my car I take a step back, look at the paint and the color isn't even REMOTELY close. I couldn't see the mismatch at the shop because it was parked between cars. The guy I spoke with said they faded the paint into the doors. No. There's no fading, it's a hard definitive line. And it looks permanently dirty on the edge and bottom due to the color mismatch.

No attention to detail, poor craftsmanship, is it insurance fraud? way over charged! $6k total for labor and maybe $800 worth of parts/paint. I'm pretty sure I could've mixed colors blindfolded and finger painted better than the clowns here.'>

Comment : DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!

I brought my car in before my scheduled repair date so they can get a jump on ordering parts and maybe do their color matching. I guess I was hoping they could buy and paint the parts and spend a day swapping them out. I told them explicitly not to remove the graphics I had on both sides of the car. I told them what was damaged from snow falling on the hood and front bumper. So they were told to only replace those 2 items. And for sake of color matching it would've come out way better since the bumper wraps very little around the side of the car.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Excellent results, had truck repaired from extensive damage in rear. Took longer than expected, booked a 2 week block but it took almost 5 weeks. Really happy with results and condition of truck when I picked it up. Better communications as to status of truck and reasons for taking so long would have gotten a top rating. Would use again most likely.
