Comment : I highly recommend R&L for your auto repairs. It’s hard to find a truly honest mechanic shop these days. I had some work done on my 05 Tundra. They did an impeccable job replacing my timing belt and water pump, but there was a minor mistake made during installation of one vacuum line when they did the EVAP canister. I wasn’t able to bring the truck all the way back to PA from NJ. The owner, Lisa, took accountability for the mishap and she actually reimbursed me for the expense of having the CEL diagnosed and corrected locally. This really meant a lot and I would trust them again in the future. Five stars and a big thank you!

Comment : Straight Rip off!!!Super overpriced!!! I know the deal and how mechanics make $ on parts but to charge $416.94 for a part I can buy at NAPA for $145 is wrong and downright rude!! Then try to stand behind the reason it's 2x the price any decent human would charge is infuriating!! I won't be back, EVER!! And I'll make sure to pass the word that you are outrageously priced!! Thanks for fixing my car but that will be the last time you see me at R and L!!Straight Rip off!!!Super overpriced!!! Comment : I called R&L with a request to replace my 4x4 actuator because of a severe rumble noise. Every other shop insisted on doing their own diagnostics and all the other shops told me it was my front differential. Even the dealership. R&L did the job no questions asked and now the noise is gone. The mechanic even explained to me how the actuator most likely got damaged. While I was waiting I couldn???t believe the amount of customers that came in that knew everyone by name. They were all treated like family. This kind of business is rare if not almost extinct.
