Comment : I have relocated and recently come back to PA for my younger son's college graduation.

I came to this auto shop around 730am this morning and didn't set up an appointment, but Josh kindly squeezed me in. His kindness, caring and thoughtfulness as usual truly made my day.

Ricky is quiet, but he sincerely takes care of our cars every time. He always took his time on every detail and we really trust and appreciate all his hard work.

Bri, the front desk girl, truly is beautiful inside and out. I just renewed my car registration form and haven't printed it out. Without hesitation, she printed out an extra copy just for me to keep. Her kindness really warmed my heart.

I love this little auto shop. Everyone is so kind, respectful and diligent.

I also miss so much about the owner Russ who passed away. I miss his caring, kindness and straight forward-no nonsense style. He put his heart and soul into this auto shop. The people he chose are staying the same standard and working ethic, which is truly amazing to watch.

Comment : I highly recommend R&L for your auto repairs. It’s hard to find a truly honest mechanic shop these days. I had some work done on my 05 Tundra. They did an impeccable job replacing my timing belt and water pump, but there was a minor mistake made during installation of one vacuum line when they did the EVAP canister. I wasn’t able to bring the truck all the way back to PA from NJ. The owner, Lisa, took accountability for the mishap and she actually reimbursed me for the expense of having the CEL diagnosed and corrected locally. This really meant a lot and I would trust them again in the future. Five stars and a big thank you!

Comment : Straight Rip off!!!Super overpriced!!! I know the deal and how mechanics make $ on parts but to charge $416.94 for a part I can buy at NAPA for $145 is wrong and downright rude!! Then try to stand behind the reason it's 2x the price any decent human would charge is infuriating!! I won't be back, EVER!! And I'll make sure to pass the word that you are outrageously priced!! Thanks for fixing my car but that will be the last time you see me at R and L!!Straight Rip off!!!Super overpriced!!!
