Comment : Had my car emergency towed from Whitehall NY last week. Truck drivers were awesome, incredibly helpful. The initial garage Progressive sent me too didn't actually exist so they were nice enough to bring me back to their Garage in Castleton instead. Everyone from the Truck Driver to the intake team warned me that they were super busy, and were very upfront with every detail. Called me less than 36 hours later to tell me the car was fixed and ready to be picked up. Super reasonable hourly rate, 10/10 would bring my vehicle here again if I lived in the area.
