Comment : After many tows over the years from R and D for either my vehicles or others vehicles via my AAA membership, I'm glad to say the service is always excellent, the tow drivers are always quick to arrive, courteous and efficient. My last tow by Kyle was as expected- he was kind, friendly and efficient.

Comment : I needed a jump as my battery was dead due to cold weather. R and D was sent out via my AAA roadside assistance coverage. The roadside technician was kind, courteous and helpful. Considering it was an early morning issue, I appreciated the quick response time. Would definitely recommend for roadside assistance
