Comment : R&C did a superb job repairing our car, coordinating with our insurance company, and giving daily updates to the rental car company. They fit us into the busy schedule and got us in and out quickly. Everything was done to spec, colors matched, and no hassle. I highly recommend them! Thanks to Carl and his crew!

Comment : I highly recommend R&C Autobody Shop. They fixed my door sill step and did not charge me. I didn't even have an appointment. Carl was kind and courteous. It is so rare to fine a business with old values that truly cares about their customers. I thank them!

Comment : I would give zero stars.I called the summer of 2024.I asked Carl if I can bring in my car in for an estimate.I explained the issue, he said his shop doesn’t do that repair.I went somewhere else for a diagnostic, which I paid for.I called back & asked if he can help. His said “yes.” I asked why he originally told me “no.” He said he misunderstood. Due to this, I double paid for a diagnostic. I went with the code. He said he won’t use it, I would have to pay for a diagnostic. I made an appt & went during my scheduled appt. I waited a long time to have the diagnostic. Finally, he said I had to reschedule my appt. I went back, it was the same diagnostic code. I asked if he does the work, will he take off the amount I paid for the diagnostic. His said “no.” I made another appt for my car to be fixed. He said I would have to leave my car for the day. The recording said he gives rides. I live close. I asked if I can get a ride, it was the only car at home. He wouldn’t give a ride. The “repair”was done. I was given a paper that wasn’t a receipt. It stated: If Shop is Not Able to Calibrate RF Seat Sensor, It Will Have to be Replaced at an Additional Cost. X_ Prior to me paying the overpriced bill, saying it was calibrated. I paid the amt. If customers pay by credit card, he charges a 4% credit card fee. I never heard it being that much. The paper said: Note If Shop is Notice Able to Calibrate RF Seat Sensor, It will have to be Replaced at an Additional Cost. I have so much more to say. However, there is not enough space , there is to the amount of characters. Beware of Carl and his shop!

Comment : I've been a customer for over 15 years, and Carl (the owner) has taken care of everything from small scrapes to major body work. He's professional, courteous, kind, and always works in my best interest, including (and thankfully) when dealing with insurance companies. My cars are 18 and 13 years old and Carl keeps them looking brand, spanking new! Pleasure to be a customer.

Comment : R&C Auto Body was a 10/10 experience! From the moment I walked in, all the workers were extremely gracious and helpful to what I needed fixed. A huge shutout and Thank You to Carl, who not only fixed up the damage in less than a half hour, but did it at completely no charge. Highly recommend this place to anyone who has a car scratch, bump, dent etc., to take your vehicle here. You won?t be sorry!

Comment : I've had r&c do a few jobs for me over the years.. they are true professionals and customer service is top notch.. carl is a very friendly guy, very down to earth.. wouldnt bring my cars anywhere else..
