Comment : I recently had my 2005 Honda Civic Result of an accident. The repair was timely and I especially welcomed updates weekly from Michele and Carl. When I went to pick up the vehicle Wow, it certainly exceeded my expectations. . Not was the vehicle Only expertly repaired they had thoroughly detailed the entire vehicle inside and out. Comment : I ve had work done on my old car a couple times in the past and now recently on my new car. This time the metal was scratched and paint came off and you wouldn t even know there was any damage done. Carl and his team also covered the few rust spots I had without my asking which was wonderful. R and C has never not been phenomenal! Thank you!

Comment : My company has been using R&C autobody for many years, some through insurance and some not. In both cases, all of the repairs came out excellent. we recently had some rust repair work done on our 2002 van, and it looks like I just brought it home from the dealer. when we picked up the truck it was washed with the tires shined too.

Comment : Full disclosure, my car ended up totaled, so I didn't have R&C do any work on the vehicle. However. I did interact with the staff on multiple occasions over phone and email. Michelle and Carl in particular were super responsive and helpful. I had my first car accident over a month ago and today, speaking with Carl, I realized he was the first professional I'd spoken to who'd asked, unprompted, how I was doing. I've called multiple body shops and dealerships, spoken with myriad individuals at my insurance agency, and even the person from the towing service that originally picked up the vehicle from the site of the incident. I just about burst into tears. (just about.) It really hadn't bothered me how little human element there was in this whole process until I experienced a little bit of it and then I wondered why it hadn't bothered me. It should have. We're people and we should treat each other like it. We deserve it. So. Yeah. Thesis over; People are raised up, not dragged up, we should act like it. Thanks for pumping up my optimism and (cheesy as it is) faith in humanity, after a harrowing holiday season, R&C! ??????

Comment : I have been dealing with Carl and his staff for nearly 20 years. His quality of work, compassion, and professionalism is unmatched. I recommend this shop to anyone that has to have their vehicle repaired.
