Comment : We had no problem to solve. We spoke to the owner {Dan?), who made a fair deal with us, to demonstrate then deliver their forklift that we bought for a fair price. His crew brought it over to us in Argyle, NY.All the staff we spoke to were friendly.We even made a profit. I sold a 5$ bill (Canada) to one of them...for $5 usd. :-)We had no problem to solve. Comment : We were heading home, back to Illinois, when our car broke down outside of Rutland. We called the dealerships and other shops, and none could get us in for a look-see. They were all too busy changing tires!Of course, the dealerships guessed for the most expensive repair item!I looked under the hood and found a mouse nest. After cleaning it out and wiggling some wire, it was running again, but not chancing 1300 mile drive ahead of us. we contacted R&D Automotive.They sent a rollback and brought us to their Overload shop to take a look at the car.After 20-30 minutes, we got our car back repaired.We were given a discount on the tow, and they did not charge us for the repair!What a great old-time Vermont shop.I can't say enough about their dedication to the customers and the williness to help a stranded out-of-state vehicle when no other shop in Rutland would even try!Thank you very much to R &D Automotive for the top-notch and professional repair.So please drive to Castleton from the Rutland area and get their great service.And the staff is very friendly and courteous!As always, if you enjoyed my review, please smash the "Like" buttonThank you.We were heading home, back to Illinois, when our car broke down outside of Rutland.
