Comment : They fix things right the first time. I've had three repairs in the last year and, so far, I've not had to return to have repairs to get attention for the same problem. They are not inexpensive but no place is...at least they do the job right. I appreciate the AAA discount too.

Comment : Qualtech offers very good service on our vehicles. They don't try and up sell me and they listen to what I have to say about my car. They are always working with me and helping with all my cars. I almost always work with Bob when I bring my vehicles in and he is always courteous and helpful.

Comment : HONEST AUTO REPAIR SHOP! I became a customer of Qualtech Automotive several years ago. My most recent trip was regarding problems with my Lexus LS430 not shifting properly. I left the car with them for several days and they looked it over and test drove it 3 times. It ran perfectly and they could not find any error messages nor any problems when driving it. O picked it up and asked them how much my bill was. They told me not to worry - no charge, since I had some separate service done a week before. Think about how many shops would have "upcharged" me and said that I needed to service the transmission or do a transmission flush. THESE GUYS RUN AN HONEST QUALITY GARAGE!!! I highly recommend them.
