Comment : My son took his Ram in for a check engine light and they didn't fix the problem. Instead they changed all spark plugs and a few gaskets and charged him $1200 for what he thought was going to be a simple warranty repair. The truck started acting worse after and a guy he works with took care of the real problem and it only cost $41. They told my parents they needed new brakes and another shop said the brakes are fine. Comment : I needed a copy of service work that was done from previous years that was performed by the Service Department. I received everything that I needed and wanted through e-mail within a few minutes of the time in which I made the request. The service manager was very professional and courteous in providing me with the documentation that I needed.
