Comment : Not referring this dealership to anyone. I get it, if your situation doesn't work at least have the respect to let the customer know. All the customer is trying to do is get out of a situation and if it doesn't work then at least have the decency to let the customer know. We went in on a Saturday and they were busy. We gave them the info they needed and we were told that we would here something on Monday. Well needless to say I haven't heard anything, I even called and our salesman was at lunch and the lady that answered the phone took my number and gave it to her boss, still haven't heard anything. I even emailed and got nothing. Pretty rotten for a business just to blow someone off. Have the decency to let customer know even if its a deal that won't work. Not cool to let the customer just hang like that. I know in the business I'm in I am upfront and honest with my customers. Not a very pleasant experience.

Comment : This place was amazing, my car stopped working. Started making noises was shaking a bit. I had no idea what it was. A nice gentleman tried to diagnose it for me but he said you're better off. Going to Quality. One of the best decisions I made to have the work done by reliable, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. I don't live in the area but I highly recommend this place for auto sales and repairs. Keith was very helpful. Explained every detail and got me out of there by the end of the day. Thank you guys!!!

Comment : They made me feel welcome. Blic, Keith and their managers are all very pleasant people to deal with. I love my new car.... Even though this is the first time I have ever financed a vehicle so that was a little nerve wrecking. But they threw in an extended warranty to re assure me I would be taken care of if something were to happen.

Comment : We recently were searching for a new pickup truck for our business. We went to go take a look at a Ram dually and ever since putting an interest on the truck, service was phenomenal. They made sure to answer our questions on the truck. Thanks to Briana (Bri) with the close assistance as well as the rest of the crew at Quality. They don’t force you into anything and make you feel part of a family.

Comment : These people are awesome. I went in to have the wifes vehicle serviced. Don't know what's wrong with it but they said they will find out and call me with a diagnosis. They also noted my concerns about other issues and will look into it. It was nice to have them hear me and add it to the items to look over. When I walked in I talked to some individuals about a new truck for myself. With their assistance I ended up buying me a truck. Such a perfect place for a one stop shop. Very educated. Very thoughtful. Great vehicles and great prices. Couldnt be more happy with the service this team provided for an all around wonderful experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing work done to their vehicle and want a qualified place to service and also a place to purchase a new/used vehicle..... Keep up the great work team! You are marvelous! Quality....now I know why they named it what they did.... Quality!
