Comment : On at least two occasions they recommended services that weren't needed. The first time was when they suggested I replace rear brakes on my daughter's car. Checked my paperwork and saw that they had just been replaced 15k miles earlier by Quality Auto themselves. Brought car to get an oil changed elsewhere after an additional 3K miles and they said the brakes were still fine.

Quality also recommended a transmission flush when they had just completed one on my car four months prior.

I recommend keeping all receipts and making a spreadsheet to log all your car's repairs/services.

Comment : I want to take a moment and recognize John and his team at Quality Auto Truck & Tire. They are an honest shop who cares about their customers. I currently service three of my cars here on a routine basis and am always provided top service. The team is very professional, knowledgeable and care about their customers. John has been in this business for over 40 years and cares about the service his team delivers to keep your car safe on the road.

Comment : I bought 4 tires last August, they were supposed to have 60k miles warranty but yesterday one exploted it had a rip in the middle so I called today and they said NO they will not take care of it and just offered to order a new one, not only they changed me $400 more and now they don’t want to respond, shame, shame on them.

Comment : This shop is the GOAT (GREATEST OF ALL TIME). I definitely recommend Quality auto to all my friends and family. John is very knowledgeable, friendly and honest from the getco I have a 1992 Honda accord with a fuel line that was no longer available. John advised me that he can make the line and get me back on the road and in a few days I got my car back and running better than ever. Thank you John and all of your staff for the great work. 5 stars all around and again you are the GOAT!!!

Comment : One of the best experiences ever at a mechanic shop. I have a 2004 toyota camry that had a check engine light on. The code indicated a P0442 error small emissions leak. Took to another mechanic shop months ago. The previous shop did a smoke test and replaced a evap hose. Error still showed up later. Went to NJ inspection and failed. I replaced the gas cap with a toyota oem gas cap. Still same problem. With only days left before unable to drive due to inspection expired I took to Quality Auto Truck and Tire in Hillsborough. John, Anthony, and team are experts and did the smoke test and found THE SMALL LEAK. Replaced the hose and was able to take and pass NJ inspection the next day with a few days to spare. Superman comes out this summer and they were there to the rescue!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!

Comment : This is the best place to take your vehicle for maintenance. My 2008 Jeep Wrangler is approaching 200,000 miles and running well because of John's shop. Each summer I drive it for 2 months, 7,000 miles around the country, coast to coast to see family and friends, with my dogs. I always take it to John's mechanics first. They are so thorough. I've had complete confidence to take these road trips for several years in a row. This year I'm switching to a Chevy Colorado pick-up to have more space, but I'm staying with John. He'll be getting it for maintenance too.
