Comment : Once again John and the Crew took care of me in record time, what was only to be an engine oil change, tires balanced and rotation, turned out to be much more then I realized as to what I actually needed at that moment.
I arrived at 7:50 AM Tuesday morning, and within minutes the guys had my RR L405 on the lift, they showed me just had bad my tires had worn on the inside edge, also my front rotors and pads were in need of replacement in the very near future, along with two tpms sensors, so I ended up with 4 new tires, 2 sensors, front rotors (high carbon) and pads, an alignment, and the oil change, John was able to source the tires and parts within an hour, he gave me 3 choices of tires, and 2 choices for the front rotors and pads, I went with the Continental DWS tires, and the high carbon rotors, John then gave me a loaner so I could go home and pack, the Crew had my vehicle ready and waiting at 1:52 PM same day, I then proceeded on my 1200ish mile drive straight through without any issues, the new tires and brakes gave a great new ride (feeling) to the vehicle.

You can not ask for quicker quality service and professionalism then you will receive here.

Comment : On at least two occasions they recommended services that weren't needed. The first time was when they suggested I replace rear brakes on my daughter's car. Checked my paperwork and saw that they had just been replaced 15k miles earlier by Quality Auto themselves. Brought car to get an oil changed elsewhere after an additional 3K miles and they said the brakes were still fine.

Quality also recommended a transmission flush when they had just completed one on my car four months prior.

I recommend keeping all receipts and making a spreadsheet to log all your car's repairs/services.

Comment : I want to take a moment and recognize John and his team at Quality Auto Truck & Tire. They are an honest shop who cares about their customers. I currently service three of my cars here on a routine basis and am always provided top service. The team is very professional, knowledgeable and care about their customers. Comment : I bought 4 tires last August, they were supposed to have 60k miles warranty but yesterday one exploted it had a rip in the middle so I called today and they said NO they will not take care of it and just offered to order a new one, not only they changed me $400 more and now they don’t want to respond, shame, shame on them.
