Comment : Repair work on a 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe LT for a fuel injector issue as well as replaced catalytic’s and a service oil change.

On my repair job, from the very beginning, Tom Messenger has been an asset in calling me to let me know after he did the initial review what the initial assessment was, and, then he put a plan into action and called me back at each, and every interval to let me know what needed to be done.

He was timely and accurate and the price was reasonable for the work that needed to be performed.

Again, thank you Tom for your leadership and excellent job in following up and completing things on time.

I highly recommend quality auto repair.

Comment : I used this company despite knowing they’re left my buddy’s window open outside in the rain before and didn’t pay for repairs due to their negligence. Although work was done in less than a day for my repair, the amount they charge is beyond the standard amount charged nearby. They quoted me $500 max and then flip around and added an extra $200. Better place to get work done is FinishLine Auto Salon which charged me $320 for the same job. Additionally this business being reviewed left my glove box in a semi broken state. Handle and gear holding handle attached to glove box was undone and simple had to be put back together which they fixed for free but it shouldn’t have been removed in the first place. Why would they need to even go in there that far and detach it to get my wheel lug to remove the tire when the lug in inside the glove box not behind it. Staff is friendly but that comes with the fact that they know they’re ripping you off. Receipt showed no time spent so they just upcharge the parts. In parts even original parts for this rear axle rod seal repair is a total of $120 for tool needed plus the grease and a bearing.

Comment : They aren't out to give you the lowest price they possibly can to get your car on the road. They let you know what you need to do to keep your car in top shape. Been going there since around 2018 and never had any repair issues.
