Comment : When our vehicles require servicing, we give consideration to no other shop than Quality Repair. Our vehicles have been serviced by Quality for several years now and we have always found the service time to be reasonable, the personnel have always been very friendly and they listen to you. Finished repairs are explained, and I believe pricing is fair. I have recommended Quality to others and they have been satisfied as well.

Comment : Went for a used car pre purchase inspection. They were able to fit me in the same day with no hassle.

5 minutes after dropping the car off, I caught a red flag in the dealer's paperwork.

I chose not to move forward with the car and offered the technician $50 for wasting their time.

The man kindly refused my money, offered his take on the situation, and wished me luck. The tech who drove the car around the front was equally helpful and easy to talk to.

While I can not attest to the quality of this shop's work, if it's even half as good as their customer service, it's a 10/10.
