Comment : If you have expensive rims do not get any tire service done there, they have outdated equipment and damaged my rims to my truck back in December and have been giving me the run around about repairing them.

Comment : Agreed to 7:30am appointment time. Vehicle was taken in at 8:22am. When I asked for an explanation for the delay was told that the tech does not arrive until 8:15am. Asked why appointment was set up for 7:30 - answer "I don't control the online scheduling ". The appointment was made by phone with a direct call to the service center. No apology, no sense that it mattered -- no customer care here.

Comment : should have known not to come back for and inspection and oil change because the last time they kept my car for 3 days no actual answer to determine when i would be getting it back and tried to charge 300 dollars for both services this time was no better i had called ahead to make sure i would have my car back in time for work today and called last time before close and the phone was ignored and they closed without calling to warn me i would be out of my car for another day and i would like to point out the long walk i had to take at 6am to work cause im basically stranded without my car was enough to make sure everyone knows also the fact that the first time i came for two services after my dad had them put in the correct price i was charged 50 so why has the price doubled?? worst place ever never bring your daughters here the will bleed their pockets dry with an attitude and when i ask nicely for an itemized receipt i DO NOT deserve the attitude i had gotten you people are sick.should have known not to come back for and inspection and oil change because the last time they kept my car for 3 days no actual answer to determine when i would be getting it back and tried to charge 300 dollars for both services this time ???More

Comment : If you check the reviews for this business all the old reviews are good and the recent ones are not. This business was bought by AAA in the past year. Since then, they've lost some of their best technicians. Now the business runs not smoothly. They can never meet the time estimates they give you. I needed my brakes fixed, I made the appointment a week in advance. In the day of the appointment, while I was waiting for the repair, they told me they didn't have the necessary parts. They had to send someone to Leesburg to purchase the part. What was supposed to take a couple of hours took most of my day. Also their prices are expensive. I hope they can hire some competent technicians, and be more responsive to their customer needs in a timely fashion.

Comment : Skip it! Methany, err, uh, I mean Phoenix and another Methican American employee we're having a full on argument right in front of us while the other two other delightfully oblivious employees sat idle. Only after the argument was finished were we half heartedly acknowledged while the 2 prison reformed orators threw a few more shot at each other. Over the raspy smoke burnt voices we were able to come to the conclusion by them flat out saying no to us we should go somewhere else. #Purcellvillesfinest.

Comment : They can care less about what you need or want. This place needs major help in customer service. Its been a long time since I've seen crap customer service like what I experienced for a simple VA inspection. Asking for a inspection at 10am and being told the inspector is getting ready to take his lunch break. I replied what time does he take lunch. They replied 1pm. He is a very busy man. The shell station in purcellville did my inspection in 20 minutes. In there eyes, there running the show. Not you. There thoughts, you need us more than we need you. Unbelievable.

Comment : The new ownership of this once vibrant auto repair shop has run it into the ground since they bought it a year ago. This is no longer a local shop nor do they care about customer service one iota. Shop local, there are a number of legacy shops in the Purcellville and Hamilton area. This is no longer local nor one worth your business.
