Comment : I came all the way from Quakertown, Pennsylvania, and dropped my car off at Puleo's to determine what the rattling sound was from underneath. Not only did they identify and fix the issue at a reasonable cost, they reviewed my entire car and provided me with their professional inspection comments. My car was ready by the end of the day and I haven't heard it rattle since! I would highly recommend this shop and I certainly will use them in the future.

Comment : Came here for an AC issue. I had already gone to 2 other places and everyone kept saying how everything that was happening in my car was normal. I knew it was absolutely not normal.

I came here and they were very friendly and quick. They diagnosed the issue, fixed it and it was all affordable. I have not had an issue since. They were very informative and knowledgeable.

Will be coming here from now on!

They take great and knowledgeable care of our BMWs and provide the most detailed service.
