Comment : THE WORST! I wrote a long Google review but to sum it up. My car was sitting , battery was jumped to take it to this shop for brakes, rotors and to check my front suspension. After inspection they informed me the control arms and belts were bad as well as my calipers. I went to buy all my parts at autozone because this shop had over 100% markup on the parts ( I have receipts). I get my car back and now my speedometer doesn't work, and my dash is litt up like a Christmas tree . I explained the concern to the manager and without even coming outside to look at the car he blames the dead battery. Now if a car dies and u jump it and don't recharge the battery of course it will die again. The problem with my car is due to a damaged speed sensor as another mechanic informed me. Also I can't forget the manager informed me I needed an alignment after I did the control arms. I did the alignment and as picking up the car I was informed my wheels weren't road safe. So This manager knew it didn't make sense me getting an alignment without changing my tires but I'm assuming because the shop is slow most of the time with just cars in the lot to make them look busy he was going to rip me off. My steering came back tight but I'm assuming it's because the control arms and the suspension problem I've had when I took the van in is all still there . The clicking when I turn the wheel and the knocking when I drive so I'm reality maybe I didn't even need control arms and they ripped me off there as well. So now I spent over $1200 in labor and my van is worst than when I originally took it . All I was told is change the battery then bring it back . My current battery reads at 14.3 volts and starts up fine , no check engine light on the "old van" as the manager called in even though it's a 2018. I guess it's easier to talk down on someone's car to help overlook the fact that your shop messed it up. Or maybe damaged it more so I could bring it back so they can charge me more hourly rates at $155 per hour. Overall I thought this was a trustworthy shop but clearly I was wrong. They didn't even try to make right afterwards but that would involve admitting fault and you know that's hard for most men to do. Any questions to my fellow yelp people please feel free to free to inbox me as I have receipts and pictures of everything

Comment : BEWARE!!!!! I had a terrible experience. I booked an appt a week prior to the date I was going to receive service. I arrived 15 min early with the assumption it would be done in 2-3 hrs. I drove past the shop 3 hrs and my van was still just relaxing in the parking lot. I spoke to the manager and he said they take the cars in as they can so in reality I didn’t need an appt. That’s ok no big deal. Now let’s move forward to the start of the work and a vehicle inspection. I was informed my calipers were bad so I couldn’t do the brake and rotor job I originally brought the car in for . So of course I ask for a quote because I really wanted this issue solved. Along with the caliper quote I received a few more for other issues I had. Again all of that is ok. I noticed the part prices seemed very high so I go to autozone to see if I can get them at a better price since most likely that’s where they would’ve got the exact parts from. 1 part for example was the caliper I paid $66 for and the quoted me $280. I use to work at autozone so I’m aware commercial accounts get 20-30% off parts so my caliper would’ve cost them under $60 so a $220 mark up is insane but again it’s business. So I bring the parts and already felt something was off because the person I was talking to who’s demeanor became off. He tells me my control arms are so bad that the car is unsafe to drive so after the rear issues were fixed I let them get started on the front suspension . Now when I brought the car I mentioned a knocking while driving so when he said control arms I assumed as professional mechanics they would hit it on the nose. Of course not because now that I have the car back I still hear the knocking and my steering wheel is tight when turning. Wait there is more I noticed my rear camera hanging off the top of my van. I’m not going to lie it originally broke at a car wash and I used duct tape to keep it up which is fine because it worked and times are hard. They either hit it off when it was on the lift or someone was bored and took the tape off. No big deal I had more tape to fix it. Next issue is my speedometer doesn’t work and now I have an abs light, traction light and the vehicle is saying hill assist unavailable. I brought my concern to the manager I’m assuming and the answer was it’s because my battery is dead and they had to jump it . If a battery is dead and doesn’t recharge of course it will need to be jumped again. When I got it home the battery voltage was just fine. The problem most likely is a speed sensor that got damaged or wasn’t connected when they were fixing the car . Last issue is this alignment they did . Alignment is to be done after control arm install to keep tired from wear correct? So y did I get one and as I’m picking the car up I’m informed my tires are so bad that it’s not road safe . So now I have to change my tires and pay to get an alignment again , I have to fix the suspension problem I thought I fixed because driving the car a block to hear the noise is to much work andddddd I have to figure out all my new lights on the dash . Over $1,200 in labor and my van is worst than when I brought it . Now I know someone from the shop os going to come on here blaming the battery just so they won’t have to admit fault in messing up. I’m only writing this review because I tried to talk in the shop and everything was “the van is old” “the battery” “so much is wrong with the van” instead of “oh no let us take a Quick Look because not have a speedometer sounds very unsafe and we want to assure our customers are safe” . I have pics of the opd scanner and battery voltage and all my receipts in case anyone wants to fairy tale how this went.

Comment : I came all the way from Quakertown, Pennsylvania, and dropped my car off at Puleo's to determine what the rattling sound was from underneath. Not only did they identify and fix the issue at a reasonable cost, they reviewed my entire car and provided me with their professional inspection comments. My car was ready by the end of the day and I haven't heard it rattle since! I would highly recommend this shop and I certainly will use them in the future.
