Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Very user friendly and will accommodate you if at all possible on short notice -- I called in the morning for a car inspection and had an appointment in the afternoon --I know that is not always possible because of previously scheduled service --don't hesitate to contact them for service on your car -- you will find them to be truthful and reliable ??

Comment : Poor service, understanding of vehicles... seems to be dishonest or at best very poor working knowledge of cars/trucks/vans. Please, save your money and go off the island. They're just trying to make a buck here and I get it, it's tough to stay afloat these days, but other lines of work should be considered.

Comment : Exceptional service today with Ken! Turns out my very expensive headlight started working again, rather than replacing. Jennifer at the front was also friendly, and got me in quickly for my perceived need. Forthcoming and helpful— I’ll come to them for more next auto need!
