Comment : Had a flat tire after driving out on the beach the day before. Took the tire to them and they had an inspection to perform. As soon as they finished that, they took the tire and fixed it right away. Wonderful service. Would recommend them to anyone needing help while on vacation.

Comment : All I have for Pugh’s is high praises. After going to two other tire shops where they were very rude, I found Pugh’s. The are an Authorized AAA auto repair shop. I had a nail on my tire. They took me right away and had me back on the road in 45 minutes. I highly recommend them!

Comment : This is the second time in my OBX vacation history that Pugh's has saved the day. Years ago, they pulled a huge nail from a tire, patched it and sent us on our way. This time, the rental car I had picked up at the Norfolk airport had an oil leak. Literally no oil in the thing. I pulled in and asked if someone could have a look. They did, fixed it, and sent me on my way with the paperwork to submit to Hertz. All this at the end of their work day. Thank you to the mechanics who took care of the car,, and to Jean for her kindness while I waited.
