Comment : This is the second time in my OBX vacation history that Pugh's has saved the day. Years ago, they pulled a huge nail from a tire, patched it and sent us on our way. This time, the rental car I had picked up at the Norfolk airport had an oil leak. Literally no oil in the thing. I pulled in and asked if someone could have a look. They did, fixed it, and sent me on my way with the paperwork to submit to Hertz. All this at the end of their work day. Thank you to the mechanics who took care of the car,, and to Jean for her kindness while I waited.

Comment : Great service. Reasonable prices. Just make sure you have an appointment. Walk ins wait a while. Wish they'd upgrade the waiting room.

Comment : Vacationing in OBX and ended up with a low tire on our truck. They fit us in quickly and fixed the tire that day. Had another issue the next morning on our way out and again had great service and had a place right next door to drop our camper while they worked on truck. Courteous, quick service and on our way.

Comment : Thank you Pugh's Car Care for ordering and fixing my power steering hose in one day. I called ahead and made an appointment. Dropped off the car, they looked at it and u got an estimate on the spot. They ordered the part and called the next morning to come and pick it up. Great service. Nice folks. There is also lots of shopping and stuff to do on that block if you have to sit and wait for a normal visit. Definitely will be back for next service.
