Comment : It is imperative that they listen to their customers. They didn’t get it right the first time with my Nissan. I took it back, they charged me just to find out what the issue was, even after I told them it was for the same thing I already paid. They wouldn’t touch my car until I pay another $60 or so. That was absurd.

Comment : Walked into the service center for a next day appointment on Christmas Eve 12/24. I was a little upset at first about my car trouble but Renae greeted me safely with a mask. She was very helpful and explained the issue clearly and in a way I could understand. That's not something you get often especially when getting work done on a car! I really appreciated her help, and when I needed to come back due to the part not being available right away, she was very quick to assist in setting up an appointment at the soonest day/time that worked for me. Along with the friendly customer service, Renae was very easy to talk to and made nice conversation! It's people like Renae in customer service that just makes me love Nissan 1000x more than I already do.

Comment : Louis, and his team made my buying experience very easy, they were so friendly, and informative, I buy a new car every 3 years. Every car purchase I make from now on, will be purchased at puente hills Nissan, Louis and his team are amazing, the buying experience was a breeze, thanks so much, I will refer puente hills Nissan to anyone in the market for a vehicle, you guys are the best! ????

Comment : I am a Nissan retiree who changes lease vehicles every year...this was my first time doing so at this dealership and will definitely do it again! It was the easiest exchange I've ever experienced. Bodes well for the rest of thier business.
