Comment : I had my granddaughters car at another shop and paid $$$ and still was running bad. I used my aaa membership automotive repair for the first time, and brought it to Protime Automotive, they diagnosed the problem, to fine out it was a new part that was put in that my granddaughter had when she bought the car. It had the other shop stumped as I also was. Glad for her to be back on the road now.Thanks Protime Automotive. Comment : I have been taking my (3) vehicles to Protime Automotive for a few years now, ever since I left my previous service location due to the poor customer service. I am very pleased to say that Protime has always gone above and beyond what I would consider to be good customer service. They always greet me with a smile, they are always on time and they always do a great job. Comment : What I don't like about them? Protime has become so popular, you have to make an appointment in order to get your car serviced, due to the shop being so busy. What I do like about them? Protime has serviced all of my vehicles since 2005. Nuff said.
