Comment : I contacted Protech based on recommendations I found on Facebook and the many positive reviews that I read regarding their service and reputation. Jason answered the phone when I called and was able to get me in the following morning when the dealership wouldn't have gotten me in for 2 weeks. The Protect team quickly diagnosed the issue and Brandon reviewed everything with me before going any further.The parts that were needed were only in stock at a local dealership, so Brandon drove to the dealership to get the parts in order to fix my vehicle, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would definitely go back again in the future if I need any additional services done.
