Comment : This is a Good Year store in Baden PA. At the close of day yesterday I checked to see if the store was closed as it was a little after 6. I was on my way to help my granddaughter who had a flat tire. Lucky for us the door was open. Brandon went over and above to help us even though he was busy closing the store. He gave me choices on which tire I wanted and immediately ordered it fot the next day. The car was not drivable so Brandon offered to come to where we were, removed the ruined tire and installed the spare tire. All in his own time!! Not too many people will go to that extent at quitting time. He was very friendly and personable, said he was glad to help us. He deserves a raise! Job done before noon the next day. Great store, great service AND they have Brandon! What more can you ask for?

Comment : These guys are great, they never try to get me to add on a service I dont need. Whenever I have an emergency they manage to get me in. Very happy with the mechanics and the front desk guys.
