Comment : 1. This is the first part of my experience with PROSHOP Automotive. My 83-year-old mom's car broke down in Colton and was towed to Proshop Automotive, a nearby AAA-approved service station. She called me for a ride, but with the heavy traffic in Temecula at 6:00 pm, I knew it was going to take me quite a while from Oceanside to pick her up. Thankfully, Urial from the shop kindly offered to drive my mom back home to Temecula. His generosity was a BLESSING, and I felt completely at ease knowing he would take care of her. With her car at their shop, I feel she will receive excellent service because of all the glowing reviews about their customer service, fairness, and professionalism. Comment : I'm writing this review based off empirical evidence. This is the best automotive experience I have ever had. My mother in law raved about this shop having the best mechanics on the planet. She was right. Esteban knew exactly what was wrong with my Rubicon and had it fixed in roughly an hours time. The service? Amazing! The staff? Fantastic!! Do yourselves a favor I.E., get serviced at Proshop Auto. You will not regret nor regert it. -LD

Comment : I would like to leave an updated review about Proshop! This will be my third time coming in for different services and I have to say each time they have delivered. This third time around I took my other car in for service as well as an on going brake issue we were having. After three other attempts at different locations, no one could properly diagnose or correct the brake issues we were having. Almost immediately Jose and his team were able to correctly identify the issue and correct it. I will continue to bring my business here! Thank you again for the phenomenal service.

Comment : I've been looking for a mechanic/shop I can start taking my Mazda to for regular maintenance/intervals and Proshop has not disappointed. Each time I've taken my car here they've taken care of me in a costly and timely manner. They carry out an actual full inspection of your vehicle whenever you get service done and recommend any service they catch.
