Comment : Not sure what the mechanics nasty hands were doing up on my dashboard but took my car in for an oil change service and tire rotation... Paid $80 and now I have pay additionally to go get my car detailed and I don't know if the grease will come out of the upholstery... Definitely will not bring my vehicle here again and unless YOU want to pay for cleaning fees I'd suggest you don't bring your clean car here.

Update: I no longer see photos I uploaded... must be the work of Algorithms in the digital realm... they removed the photos of the grease stained dash. Wow.

Comment : This place is a SCAM!!!! TThe mechanics Alex and Josh are horrible at providing good customer service because they are the mechanics doing the job and take a ligit complaint to heart. The owner Brad IS NEVER THEIR NEVER EVER THEIR. They are never gonna admit they did a bad job. I have a 2013 Toyota Corolla that I bought brand new that needed brakes and I trusted Promotive to get them done BIG HUGE MISTAKE. 1 took it to them on 11/01/22 with milage of 99,681 and was charged $1,057.66 for my front and back brakes which is a rip off. They charged me $560.00 alone for labor. I took it back to them twice and informed them that my brakes didn't sound or feel right. I had so much brake dust on my rims they were totally black. The first time was on 2/14/23 with milage of 100,897 and they charged me $112 for another brake inspection and stated my brakes were fine but they weren't. They kept on ignoring me telling me nothing was wrong with my brakes. The second time I t ook it to them in September they had my car for 4 days and truthbe told my car should have been ptiority because I had already paid them. They stated they re-did my front brakes and did not give me a receipt of any type. They of course lied because they sounded worse then before. Also Alex one of the mechanics I believe scratched my car and messed up my window tint and my passenger front door had huge nasty black greasy handprints all over it. I believe he messed with my car because I complained he was super rude to me and I got the impression he did not like me nor the fact that I called them out on the poor job they had done several times. The owner Brad is never around and I kept waiting on him to test drive my car HE IS NEVER THERE. I was told he was very busy and had a family...don't we all. I believe because I'm a female they overcharged me and treated me like I was stupid. I finally decided to take it to the Toyota dealership this past Friday for a break inspection because Josh another Promotive mechanic called me every bad name possible and hung up on me and they wouldn't even answer my calls after that. He also told me I should take my meds. Toyota of course let me know that I needed front brakes because the previous brake job was done so poorly it was almost as if they never did my brakes to begin wirh. I will be getting the Bureau of Automotive Repair involved so they never do this to anyone ever again. I plan on taking them to court. Alex the mechanic is nasty dirty and grime.
