Before you allow them to do any work on your vehicle please get a second opinion if it???s something big and especially if you are a woman, I am a very honest person, and I expect people to be upfront and honest with me as well. The Bible is laid out upfront ???,really caught my eye and I guess that???s why I fell for the fa??ade of thinking I could trust them ! don???t let the friendliness and the smiles fool you either . the first time I looked over it, but after the second time I said let me record just so I won???t second guess myself ! Don???t do it ! A job that I thought that I would have to come out of pocket spending almost 2500 or more only cost me $780 by our family mechanic ! Comment : Took my 2021 Audi A6 in for an alignment. Car was quickly taken in and put on the lift. Technician came back and let me know that they did not have the proper sensors needed to do the alignment because the vehicle is so technical and only audi has the provider sensors to allow for a proper alignment. He explained everything very clearly, was very apologetic about the situation, and discussed more about the alignment process and agreed that my steering wheel was very off center after my alignment with Audi a month prior.I am very grateful they explained the issue to me and let me know they didn???t want to proceed with the alignment and risk something not being correct, causing more issues. And compromising safety.I am very grateful they were so honest and appreciate them taking the time to discuss it with me.Took my 2021 Audi A6 in for an alignment. Comment : Don???t take your vehicle here unless you wanna be charge for things you didn???t agree to. I was charged a 100 dollar ???diagnostic fee??? for a blown out tire. Called back to talk to the owner about it which then said it was due to me not having the proper equipment to let my spare tire down with which I informed them I would bring it when I was back in town. Would highly recommend you take your vehicle else where.Don???t take your vehicle here unless you wanna be charge for things you didn???t agree to.
